Bug\u00fcn de buradan Bak\u00fc&#8217;ye ve A\u015fkabat&#8217;a konteyner y\u00fcklerimiz var onlar\u0131 g\u00f6nderiyoruz. \u0130lk sefer oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in beraber olduk. Ben inan\u0131yorum ki bundan sonra da bu ticaretimiz daha h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fecek ve \u00e7ok daha seri, h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Ben bu hizmetlerin hakikaten \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu vurgulamak istiyorum. Ba\u015fta Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere Ba\u015fbakan\u0131m\u0131za, eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese de ilimiz ad\u0131na \u015f\u00fckranlar\u0131m\u0131 arz ediyorum\u201d dedi.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\">TCDD Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Veysi Kurt ise, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ile T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyetleri, T\u00fcrkiye, \u00c7in ve Avrupa aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir koridor olan Demir \u0130pek Yolunun ana par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden Bak\u00fc-Tiflis-Kars Demiryolu hatt\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n te\u015frifleriyle 30 Ekim\u2019de Bak\u00fc\u2019den start\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f ve ilk y\u00fck trenimizde akabinde Mersin\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bug\u00fcn de yine \u00fclkemizden Azerbaycan\u2019a ve T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019a ilk ihracat trenimizi say\u0131n valimizle, sanayici arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla ayn\u0131 zamandan Kazakistan\u2019dan Azerbaycan\u2019dan dostlar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte in\u015fallah biraz sonra g\u00f6nderiyoruz. \u00dclkemize ve co\u011frafyam\u0131za hay\u0131rl\u0131 u\u011furlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz. Tabi bu tren ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 olmas\u0131 hasebi ile \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir tren, biz bu treni Bak\u00fc\u2019ye 75-80 saatte g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Sanayicimiz ve ihracat\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir zaman dilimi Mersin\u2019i Bak\u00fc\u2019ye 70-80 saatte y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda lojistikte bu kadar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede birle\u015ftirmek ve bir y\u00fck\u00fc oraya ta\u015f\u0131yabilmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bu tren \u015fu an y\u00fckleri itibariyle 32 tane konteyner i\u00e7eriyor. Y\u00fcklerimiz i\u00e7erisinde tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnler in\u015faat malzemeleri olacak\u201d ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\">Arkas Lojistik Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Onur G\u00f6\u00e7mez ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede, Arkas Lojistik olarak termal hizmetler vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;\u0130lk treni de y\u00fcklemek bizlere nasip oldu o y\u00fczden \u00f6ncelikle 30 Ekim&#8217;de Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bu trenin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fckleme yaparken bize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan TCDD yetkililerine ve \u0130ka firmas\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz. Bu y\u00fck\u00fcn \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi var bu hatt\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi var. Orta Asya&#8217;da t\u0131kanan y\u00fck trafi\u011finin bu \u015fekilde T\u00fcrkiye ve Orta Asya aras\u0131nda gelirken tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ve petrol kimya \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin gelmesi giderken de haz\u0131r g\u0131da malzemelerinin gitmesi ve in\u015faat malzemelerinin gitmesi konusunda \u00e7ok ciddi bir hacme ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. O y\u00fczden t\u00fcm haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z tamam. Burada bizlere \u00e7ok g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor hem lojistik anlam\u0131nda hem ara nakliye olsun hem lokal hizmetler olsun lojistik firmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok lojistik yakla\u015fmas\u0131 laz\u0131m. Bu hat d\u00fcnya taraf\u0131ndan da takip edilen bir hat. \u00c7ok alternatif bir hat. O y\u00fczden \u00e7ok mutluyuz yani burada olmak bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok gurur verici. Konteynerlerin i\u00e7 y\u00fcklemesini de Mersin\u2019deki tesisinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Arkas Lojistik, Bak\u00fc ve A\u015fkabat&#8217;a kadar mal teslimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek. Soya k\u00fcspesi ve derz dolgu malzemesi dolu konteynerler G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n Ah\u0131kelek \u0130stasyonunda T\u00fcrk vagonlar\u0131ndan Azeri vagonlar\u0131na aktar\u0131lacak. Trenin 4 g\u00fcn sonunda Azerbaycan\u2019a (Bak\u00fc) 7 g\u00fcn sonra da T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019a (A\u015fkabat) varmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\">Ekonomik ve uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgesel zenginli\u011fe katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 planlanan 838 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki hatt\u0131n 76 kilometresi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den, 259 kilometresi G\u00fcrcistan\u2019dan, 503 kilometresi ise Azerbaycan\u2019dan ge\u00e7iyor. Projenin T\u00fcrkiye b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde 4 istasyon, 3 k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile 76 kilometrelik demiryolu in\u015fa edildi.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\">Hatla \u00c7in\u2019den yola \u00e7\u0131kan y\u00fck\u00fcn Kazakistan ve T\u00fcrkmenistan \u00fczerinden Hazar Denizi ile Bak\u00fc Alat Liman\u0131na, oradan da G\u00fcrcistan ve T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden Avrupa\u2019ya ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130lk etapta y\u0131ll\u0131k bir milyon yolcu ve 6,5 milyon y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131nabilecek. Ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesinin 2034\u2019e kadar 3 milyon yolcu ve 17 milyon ton y\u00fcke \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/span><br style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, &quot;Times New Roman TUR&quot;, Verdana; font-size: 15px;\">16 vagonda, 32 konteyner i\u00e7erisinde 650 ton tar\u0131msal ve in\u015faat malzemeleri ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan tren, toplam 2 bin 100 kilometre yol katedecek. Bak\u00fc\u2019ye toplam d\u00f6rt g\u00fcnde ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenen trenin toplam seyir s\u00fcresi yakla\u015f\u0131k 96 saat olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.
