Mimarlar Odas\u0131\u2019ndan, \u0130n\u015faat\u00e7\u0131lara, MES\u0130AD gibi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kurulu\u015flar\u0131n itirazlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Kocamaz ve ekibi kulaklar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0131kay\u0131p, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulacaklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirmedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_7038727924999204713gmail-p3\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_7038727924999204713gmail-p2\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Konuyla ilgili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ve tepkilerini dile getiren MES\u0130AD Ba\u015fkanlar Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Meclis \u00dcyesi Mustafa G\u00fcler, plana ili\u015fkin \u0130mar Komisyonu\u2019na soru \u00f6nergesi verdi. Tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 talan edildi. \u0130marl\u0131 parsel Olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan okullar yap\u0131lamad\u0131, y\u0131llarca Hastane i\u00e7in imarl\u0131 parsel beklendi. Ye\u015fil alan\u0131m\u0131z yok, parklar\u0131m\u0131z yap\u0131lamad\u0131. \u0130marl\u0131 parsel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya yer g\u00f6sterilemiyor, i\u015fsizlikte T\u00fcrkiye rekoru.\u00a0 Gerekli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yap\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, Eski Mersin olarak tan\u0131mlanan Akdeniz ya\u015fanamaz hale geldi, terk ediliyor. Kocaman Mersin Plan\u0131 bir slayt boyutunda g\u00f6sterildi. Meclis \u00dcyelerinden Plan\u0131 g\u00f6rmesi esirgenirken, Meclis \u00dcyeleri say\u0131lan nedenlerle oyunu esirgemedi. Parti ayr\u0131m\u0131 olmadan herkes oybirli\u011fi ile plan\u0131 onaylad\u0131. Yeter ki plan \u00e7\u0131ks\u0131n. Ask\u0131 s\u00fcresinde gerekli incelemeleri yapar ve ask\u0131 sonras\u0131 oylamada daha bilgili olarak oyunu kullan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_7038727924999204713gmail-p3\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_7038727924999204713gmail-p2\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Plan bir ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131 onaylad\u0131k, ancak yanl\u0131\u015flarla dolu i\u00e7eri\u011fini onaylamad\u0131k ve itiraz ettik. Mersinliler de onaylamad\u0131, itiraz etti. Bir plan i\u00e7in rekor say\u0131lacak olan 15 bin itiraz oldu. Umar\u0131m itiraz edilen konular\u0131n en az %95 d\u00fczelir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc itiraz edilen sorunlar\u0131 %95 i giderilecek olan konulard\u0131r. \u0130tirazlar\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131, ye\u015file boyanan dere ve deniz k\u0131y\u0131 boylar\u0131ndaki alanlard\u0131r. Foto\u011fraflarda \u00e7ok g\u00fczel g\u00f6r\u00fcnen ye\u015fil alanlar, daha \u00f6nce imar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f tapulu alanlar \u00fczerinde olup, tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde onlarca kat y\u00fcksekli\u011finde binalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Bu yerlerin ye\u015fil olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in istimlak etmesi gerekir. Bu istimlak lar i\u00e7in On milyar ( Kat\u0131rliyon) liran\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde para gerekiyor. Bunu ne Belediye, ne de H\u00fck\u00fcmet kar\u015f\u0131layacak durumdad\u0131r. Bu i\u015flem haks\u0131z ve yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fczeltilmesi gerekir. \u0130darenin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131n cezas\u0131n\u0131 vatanda\u015f \u00e7ekmemeli.
