Kurulumu tamamlanan ana bile\u015fenler aras\u0131nda, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda montaj\u0131 tamamlanan n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131nda ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131 \u00fcnitelerinin (ASP\u00dc) bas\u0131n\u00e7 kaplar\u0131, acil durum kor so\u011futma sistemi (ADKS) hidrolik tanklar\u0131 ve buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri yer ald\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00f6n kurulumu NGS in\u015faat sahas\u0131ndaki \u00f6zel olarak donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir at\u00f6lyede yap\u0131lan ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131 (ASBH) bloklar\u0131 da montaj b\u00f6lgesine g\u00f6nderildi.<br \/>\nMontaj i\u015flemi, ekipman\u0131n Liebherr LR 13000 tipi a\u011f\u0131r paketli vin\u00e7 yard\u0131m\u0131yla reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k \u00fcst silindirik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden indirilmesine dayanan \u201cOpen Top\u201d teknolojisi kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>\nKonuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan AKKUYU N\u00dcKLEER A.\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Birinci Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve NGS Yap\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Sergey Butckikh, \u201cBuhar jenerat\u00f6rlerinin kurulumunu yaparak, birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n kilometre ta\u015f\u0131 olan birinci \u00e7evrim so\u011futucusunun sirk\u00fclasyonunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kaynak i\u015flemine bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131k. \u0130n\u015faat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fimdi temiz montaj alan\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc donatmas\u0131 gerekecek. Ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kaynak i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda, tesislerin temizli\u011fi, hava kalitesi ve nemlili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekiyor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kaynakl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kalitesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden belirlenmi\u015f \u00f6zel \u015fartlara titizlikle uyulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<br \/>\nMontaj\u0131 tamamlanan ekipmanlar aras\u0131nda yer alan ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitelerinin bas\u0131n\u00e7 kaplar\u0131, birinci s\u0131n\u0131f g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitesi, n\u00fckleer santralde 300 Santigrat derece s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 160 atmosfer bas\u0131nc\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki so\u011futucunun (ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suyun) sirk\u00fclasyonunu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Tek bir bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 31 tonu, y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 3.5 metreyi, geni\u015fli\u011fi ise 3 metreyi a\u015f\u0131yor. VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6rlere sahip n\u00fckleer santrallerin tek bir g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi, d\u00f6rt ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitesi ile donat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bununla birlikte NGS\u2019nin g\u00fcvenli i\u015fletimi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumdaki iki pompayla g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin kapasitesi azalt\u0131larak sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nAcil durum kor so\u011futma sistemi hidrolik tanklar\u0131 ise NGS g\u00fcvenlik sisteminin en \u00f6nemli elemanlar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n her bir d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcne (loop) birer adet olmak \u00fczere, karbon \u00e7elikten yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve her biri 78 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki d\u00f6rt tank yerle\u015ftiriliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda 60 ton sulu borik asit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi i\u00e7eren bu tanklar, reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nAcil durum kor so\u011futma sistemi, so\u011futucu s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda so\u011futma borik asit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisinin reakt\u00f6r koruna otomatik olarak aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ekipmanlar olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Sistem, birinci \u00e7evrimin bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durum ya\u015fanmas\u0131 halinde, reakt\u00f6rdeki art\u0131k \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<br \/>\nReakt\u00f6r tesisinin sirk\u00fclasyon \u00e7evriminin ana ekipman\u0131 olan buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri ise, reakt\u00f6r korunda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin t\u00fcrbinini d\u00f6nd\u00fcren su buhar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretildi\u011fi ikinci \u00e7evrime aktarmak i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ekipmanlar olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<br \/>\nBuhar jenerat\u00f6rlerinin montaj\u0131 tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, NGS\u2019nin birinci \u00e7evriminin ana ekipman\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftiren ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kaynak i\u015flerine haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131yor. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli olan ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kaynak a\u015famas\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 ay s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
