N\u00fckleer, temiz ve karbon n\u00f6tr enerjiyi kesintisiz ve i\u015fletme d\u00f6neminde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle sa\u011flayabilme \u00f6zellikleri ile tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. H\u00fck\u00fbmetleraras\u0131 \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Paneli (IPCC)&#8217;nin hafta ba\u015flar\u0131nda yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131 iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadeleye ili\u015fkin raporunda r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u201cenerjide g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi ve kaynak yeterlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in\u201d n\u00fckleer gibi sa\u011flam ve kesintisiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu yer ald\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkeler \u0130ngiltere\u2019yi takip etmeli <\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere\u2019nin yeni enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi stratejisine g\u00f6re mevcut reakt\u00f6rlere 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar sekiz yeni n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn eklenmesi ve yeni eklenen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck reakt\u00f6rler ile 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 25\u2019ini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji ile kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 hedefleniyor. \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin yeni enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi stratejisi, elektrik \u00fcretiminin \u00f6tesinde uygulamalara sahip k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6rler ve geli\u015fmi\u015f reakt\u00f6rleri geli\u015ftirme planlar\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eriyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere\u2019nin yeni enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi stratejisini de\u011ferlendiren D\u00fcnya N\u00fckleer Birli\u011fi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Sama Bilbao y Le\u00f3n, \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndaki h\u00fck\u00fcmetler, \u0130ngiltere \u00f6rne\u011fini takip etmeliler ve n\u00fckleer enerjiyi uzun d\u00f6nem enerji stratejilerinin temel ve \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015feni olarak ortaya koyan politikalar belirlemeliler\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.  <\/p>\n<p>Le\u00f3n, h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin, end\u00fcstri ve sekt\u00f6rdeki kilit payda\u015flar\u0131n n\u00fckleer enerjinin temiz, uygun maliyetli ve g\u00fcvenli bir enerji hizmetine eri\u015fimde kilit bir role sahip oldu\u011fu konusunda yayg\u0131n mutabakata sahip olmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201c\u0130ddial\u0131 planlar ortaya koymakla kalmay\u0131p bunlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 da hayati \u00f6neme sahip\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k N\u00fckleer Sanayi Derne\u011fi CEO&#8217;su Tom Greatrex de yeni n\u00fckleer stratejisini \u201c\u0130ngiltere enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve net s\u0131f\u0131r gelece\u011fimiz i\u00e7in ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck hayati bir ad\u0131m\u201d olarak nitelendirdi. Greatrex\u2019e g\u00f6re bu yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda on binlerce i\u015f yaratacak ve \u0130ngiltere&#8217;nin d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki n\u00fckleer kapasitesinin canlanmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. <\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada 441 reakt\u00f6r faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IAEA) Nisan 2022 verilerine g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada toplam 441 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon emisyonuna sahip n\u00fckleer santraller d\u00fcnyan\u0131n elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Yine IAEA verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye dahil aralar\u0131nda Fransa, \u00c7in, Hindistan ve \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 19 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkede 51 yeni n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131 devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerji, enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rman\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir yolu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flan\u0131rken, daha \u00f6nce n\u00fckleerden vazge\u00e7ti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan pek \u00e7ok \u00fclke bu karar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7iriyor. Hollanda 2 n\u00fckleer santral daha in\u015fa etmeyi planlarken, Fransa, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 14 yeni santral kurma hedefliyor. 2025&#8217;te n\u00fckleer santrallerini kapataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan Bel\u00e7ika\u2019n\u0131n karar\u0131n\u0131 10 y\u0131l ertelemesi, G\u00fcney Kore\u2019de yeni n\u00fckleer enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131 son d\u00f6nem \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan geli\u015fmeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. N\u00fckleer kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi Almanya\u2019da ise n\u00fckleer enerjiye destek art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Akkuyu NGS ile ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 att\u0131<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ili\u015fkin 2015 Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 onaylayan T\u00fcrkiye de karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede n\u00fckleer enerjinin de i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu bir strateji izliyor. Mersin\u2019de Rosatom taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer santral projesi Akkuyu NGS, \u00fclkenin y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131layacak.
