Konteyner krizi, g\u0131da krizi, enerji krizi ve bununla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 iklim krizi&#8230; Uzmanlara g\u00f6re ise iklim krizi, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji krizi ile ba\u015f etmede en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lardan bir tanesi n\u00fckleer enerji. Bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar n\u00fckleer enerjinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon sal\u0131n\u0131ml\u0131 bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu do\u011fruluyor. Son olarak Frans\u0131z elektrik iletim \u015firketi EDF (\u00c9lectricit\u00e9 de France) n\u00fckleer enerjinin ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc analizini (YDA) i\u00e7eren bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 rapor bi\u00e7iminde yay\u0131nlad\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma EDF\u2019nin n\u00fckleer filosundan 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplanan verilere dayan\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucu ile daha \u00f6nce Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan \u201cYe\u015fil Enerji\u201d olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lan n\u00fckleer enerjinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon sal\u0131n\u0131ml\u0131 bir enerji oldu\u011fu do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015f oldu. EDF taraf\u0131ndan 16 Haziran\u2019da kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re n\u00fckleer enerji ile \u00fcretilen her bir kilovat-saat elektrik i\u00e7in 4 gramdan daha az karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, Uluslararas\u0131 Standartlar Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (ISO) taraf\u0131ndan onaylanm\u0131\u015f ve alan\u0131n uzmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6ren standartlara uygun bir bi\u00e7imde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. <\/p>\n<p>Uzman heyet de\u011ferlendirdi<\/p>\n<p>Raporda, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n yaln\u0131zca iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kriterlerine g\u00f6re de\u011fil 9 farkl\u0131 \u00e7evresel etki kriterine g\u00f6re de de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Rapor payla\u015f\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 bir uzman heyeti taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirmeye tabi tutuldu. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n kapsam\u0131 EDF \u015firketinin n\u00fckleer filosundan 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplanan verilere dayan\u0131yor. Bu filo 39 adet 900 megavatl\u0131k, (bunlar\u0131n 22 tanesi karma oksit yak\u0131t kullan\u0131yor) 20 adet 1.300 megavatl\u0131k ve 4 adet 1.450 megavatl\u0131k reakt\u00f6rden olu\u015fuyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda kapat\u0131lan iki Fessenheim \u00fcnitesinde toplanan verileri de i\u00e7eriyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131nda elektrik iletimi s\u00fcrecindeki karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeye alm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu filodan toplanan verilerin analizi sonucunda, filonun genelinde bir kilovat-saatlik elektrik \u00fcretimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda havaya 3.7 graml\u0131k bir karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi tespit edildi. 60 y\u0131ll\u0131k aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi olan bir reakt\u00f6r ise 40 y\u0131l aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir reakt\u00f6re g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 8 daha az ortalama karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131yor yani bir reakt\u00f6r 60 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ya\u015fam \u00f6mr\u00fcnde her bir kilovat-saat elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in ortalama 3,4 gram karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oluyor. Bunun sebebi ise n\u00fckleer santrallerdeki karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131dan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki a\u015famalarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor olmas\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Yenilebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131ld\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, Fransa\u2019daki \u00c7evre ve Enerji Y\u00f6netimi Kurumu verilerine g\u00f6re do\u011falgaz\u0131 yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131lan bir g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinde her bir kilovat saatlik elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in ise 418 graml\u0131k bir karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Yine ayn\u0131 kurulu\u015fun veri taban\u0131na g\u00f6re k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc yak\u0131t olarak kullanan santrallerde ise bu oran her bir kilovat-saat i\u00e7in bin 58 graml\u0131k bir karbondioksit olarak belirtilmi\u015f. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131nda bile bu oran n\u00fckleere k\u0131yasla daha y\u00fcksek seviyelerde. \u00d6rne\u011fin r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi ile elektrik \u00fcretimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir kilovat-saat i\u00e7in 10 gram karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ile ayn\u0131 miktarda elektrik \u00fcretimi ba\u015f\u0131na 30 graml\u0131k karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali (NGS) ise \u00fclkemizin enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fine katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda iklim krizi ile m\u00fccadelesinde bir f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ili\u015fkin 2015 Paris anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 imzalayan T\u00fcrkiye de karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede n\u00fckleer enerjinin de i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu bir strateji izliyor. <\/p>\n<p>Mersin\u2019in G\u00fclnar il\u00e7esinde Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilen ve yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer santral projesi Akkuyu NGS, tek ba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131lda ortalama 18 milyon ton karbondioksit emisyonunu \u00f6nleme kapasitesine sahip olacak. Di\u011fer yandan bu konuda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2050 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in koydu\u011fu \u201ckarbon s\u0131f\u0131r\u201d hedefine ula\u015fmas\u0131nda Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin yans\u0131ra Sinop ve \u0130\u011fneada projelerinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00fcnya pek \u00e7ok kriz ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya.
