Son olarak Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom\u2019un makine yap\u0131m b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Atomenergomash b\u00fcnyesindeki AEM-Technology A.\u015e\u2019nin Volgodonsk&#8217;taki \u015fubesi Atommash\u2019da santralin 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fcnitesinin reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131n taban\u0131 \u00fcretildi.<\/p>\n<p>Reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131 taban\u0131 operasyonu iki a\u015famal\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00d6ncelikle boru \u015feklindeki d\u00f6vme demir, Atommash\u2019\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 ve presleme alan\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130kinci a\u015famada, tabana  \u015fekil verildi. 64 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve 300 mm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki yuvarlak ham par\u00e7a, \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famal\u0131 olarak 6 saat boyunca 1020 derece \u0131s\u0131ya tabi tutuldu. Ard\u0131ndan levha, bir vin\u00e7 yard\u0131m\u0131yla pres makinesine g\u00f6nderildi. Reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131n taban\u0131, g\u00fcc\u00fc 10 bin ton olan pres makinesinde yap\u0131lan i\u015flemle olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci s\u0131n\u0131f g\u00fcvenlik ekipman\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan reakt\u00f6r, i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekirdek ve i\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n yerle\u015ftirildi\u011fi eliptik bir tabana sahip dikey silindirik bir g\u00f6vdeden olu\u015fuyor. Reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn tepesi, kurulu mekanizmalar, kontroller, reakt\u00f6r korumas\u0131 ve reakt\u00f6r i\u00e7i kontrol i\u00e7in sens\u00f6r kablolar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan bran\u015fman borular\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir kapakla hava ge\u00e7irmez \u015fekilde kapat\u0131l\u0131yor.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015fa edilen Akkuyu NGS, n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstride \u201cYAP-\u0130\u015eLET-SAH\u0130P OL\u201d modeli ile hayata ge\u00e7irilen ilk proje olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Proje art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00fcvenlik ve geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f teknik ve ekonomik \u00f6zellikler ta\u015f\u0131yan &#8220;3+&#8221; nesil Rus VVER reakt\u00f6rlerine sahip d\u00f6rt g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesini i\u00e7eriyor. Santralin tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve in\u015faat\u0131 Rusya Devlet Kurumu Rosatom\u2019un M\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
