Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, IRC MBIR Uluslararas\u0131 Konsorsiyumu Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>MBIR Uluslararas\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu\u2019nun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131 Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Ulyanovsk B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde bulunan Dimitrovgrad kentinde d\u00fczenlendi. S\u00f6z konusu toplant\u0131ya Rusya, \u00c7in, Hindistan, Kazakistan, \u00d6zbekistan, Vietnam, Cezayir ve Ermenistan&#8217;da yer alan 30\u2019dan fazla ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezinde ve Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Kurumu (IAEA) ve Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Dubna kentinde bulunan Ortak N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc gibi uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flarda g\u00f6rev yapan 80\u2019den fazla bilim insan\u0131, uzman ve y\u00f6netici kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulunun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131nda s\u00f6z alan Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom\u2019un Bilim ve Stratejiden Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Yuri Olenin, MBIR projesinin \u00f6nemine ve yeni nesil n\u00fckleer teknolojinin geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik katk\u0131s\u0131na de\u011findi. MBIR projesinin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 50 y\u0131l boyunca k\u00fcresel n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstriye modern ve teknolojik olarak geli\u015fmi\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rma altyap\u0131s\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da vurgulayan Olenin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cToplant\u0131, bu alanda gelecekteki uzun vadeli ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 niteli\u011findedir. Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131lan kurulu\u015flar\u0131, IRC MBIR Konsorsiyumu&#8217;nun potansiyel \u00fcyeleri olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc belirtmek isterim. Bu kurulu\u015flar\u0131n Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu platformundaki ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n, kurulun t\u00fcm \u00fcyelerinin bu ger\u00e7ekten e\u015fsiz tesisin sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 daha iyi anlamalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olurken, gelecekte daha da geli\u015ftirece\u011fimiz i\u015f birli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik sa\u011flam bir temel olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphem yok.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu&#8217;nun ilk toplant\u0131s\u0131, MBIR ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn in\u015fa sahas\u0131n\u0131n sahibi olan Atom Reakt\u00f6rleri Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (RIAR) yerle\u015fkesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Enstit\u00fc, MBIR\u2019\u0131n yerini alaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc BOR-60 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcne, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n n\u00fckleer reaksiyon \u00e7ekirdek elementlerinin reakt\u00f6r sonras\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik en b\u00fcy\u00fck tesisine, n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t \u00e7evrimi alan\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme i\u00e7in tesisler sistemine, radyokimyasal merkez ve radyoaktif at\u0131k y\u00f6netim merkezi de dahil olmak \u00fczere alt\u0131 aktif ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6r\u00fcne sahip.<\/p>\n<p>Etkinli\u011fin ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde MBIR in\u015fa sahas\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret eden Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, in\u015faat\u0131n nas\u0131l ilerledi\u011fini de yerinde g\u00f6rme f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakalad\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu proje, Rosatom\u2019un in\u015faat b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7abalar\u0131 sayesinde ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l kayda de\u011fer bir ilerleme kaydetti ve 2021&#8217;deki in\u015faat plan\u0131 %8 a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara hitap eden RIAR Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Aleksandr Tuzov da konuyla ilgili olarak \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131: \u201cRIAR, de\u011ferli uzmanlar i\u00e7in, reakt\u00f6r deneyleri ve reakt\u00f6r sonras\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine y\u00f6nelik t\u00fcm altyap\u0131n\u0131n kompakt bir \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi bir yerdir. \u0130n\u015faat saham\u0131z, bilimsel geleneklere ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada talep g\u00f6ren ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fma konusundaki engin deneyime sahiptir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>IRC MBIR Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131, Rusya Bilimler Akademisi \u00dcyesi ve Lomonosov Moskova Devlet \u00dcniversitesi Kimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Dekan\u0131 Stepan Kalmykov ise \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cModern bilim ve modern bilimin ufkun \u00f6tesine bakmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131, s\u0131radan makineler ve seri \u00fcretim ekipmanlarla olmaz. Yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm benzersiz at\u0131l\u0131mlar, 2021&#8217;de Kurchatov Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Geli\u015ftirme Merkezi&#8217;nin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olan St. Petersburg N\u00fckleer Fizik ve Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde ba\u015flat\u0131lan PIK ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6r\u00fc ile i\u015f birlikleri ve MBIR gibi benzersiz bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma tesislerinde yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu tesisler, onlarca y\u0131l sonras\u0131na bakmam\u0131z ve bilimde en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 yapmam\u0131za olanak sa\u011flayacak son teknoloji temel ve uygulamal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar i\u00e7in yeni kap\u0131lar a\u00e7acak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131s\u0131 ve prosed\u00fcr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda sunum yapan Kalmykov, \u201cBug\u00fcn yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fey sadece Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu&#8217;nun t\u00fcm \u00fcyelerini bir araya getirmek ve tan\u0131\u015fmaktan ibaret de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda IRC MBIR Konsorsiyumunun t\u00fcm potansiyel \u00fcyelerine rehberlik edecek uluslararas\u0131 bilimsel program\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak haz\u0131rlamay\u0131 ve buna y\u00f6nelik fikir geli\u015ftirmeyi de hedefliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>IAEA Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Reakt\u00f6rleri B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Petr Chakrov ise ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6rlerine dayal\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 merkezlerin deneyimleri hakk\u0131nda bir rapor sundu. Dubna \u015fehrinde bulunan Ortak N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (JINR) N\u00f6tron Fizi\u011fi Frank Laboratuvar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Valery Shvetsov da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan n\u00f6tron \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar hakk\u0131nda bir sunum yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zbekistan Bilimler Akademisi N\u00fckleer Fizik Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u0130lham Sadikov, \u00c7in Atom Enerjisi Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (CIAE) Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Yang Hongyi ve Kazakistan Devlet Te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc &#8220;Ulusal N\u00fckleer Merkezi&#8221; Malzeme Bilimi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Erbolat Koyanbayev gibi kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar da Rosatom ile yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak MBIR tesisinde ulusal projelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda konu\u015ftular. IPPE A.\u015e&#8217;nin Umut Verici \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar Bilimsel Dan\u0131\u015fman Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dmitry Klinov, geli\u015fmi\u015f deneysel ara\u015ft\u0131rma Rus program\u0131n\u0131 sundu.<\/p>\n<p>Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, malzeme ve yak\u0131tlar\u0131n incelenmesi, n\u00fckleer teknolojinin g\u00fcvenli kullan\u0131m\u0131, kod do\u011frulama ve n\u00fckleer teknolojinin enerji d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 gibi komitelere ayr\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom\u2019un bir paras\u0131 olan IRC MBIR LLC CEO&#8217;su Konstantin Vergazov \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: \u201c\u015eu anda, bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n kapsaml\u0131 ortak \u00e7abalar\u0131yla IRC MBIR Konsorsiyumu temelinde uluslararas\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma platformu olu\u015fturabildi\u011fimizi s\u00f6yleyebilirim.
