Burada konu\u015fan Bakan Elvan, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn Mersin i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fcn oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Yol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda bug\u00fcn 3 \u00f6nemli a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini kaydeden Elvan, &#8220;Mersin\u2019de ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck projeler imza at\u0131yoruz. Akdeniz sahil yoluyla, h\u0131zl\u0131 trenle, otoyollarla, kuzeyden Akdeniz\u2019e, do\u011fudan bat\u0131ya \u015fehrimizin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ne gerekiyorsa yap\u0131yoruz. Bu sorunun giderilmesi noktas\u0131nda hemen 2015 se\u00e7imlerinden sonra sizlerden gelen talep sonras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k ve orada 4\u2019l\u00fc bir kav\u015fak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Hangi y\u00f6ne olursa olsun muhte\u015fem bir kav\u015fak olu\u015fturduk. Di\u011fer taraftan Erdemli giri\u015fi \u00f6zellikle trafik yo\u011funlu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yaz aylar\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fimiz bir yol. Orada da Karg\u0131p\u0131nar\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa ederek trafi\u011fi bir nebze de olsa rahatlatma giri\u015fiminde bulunduk ve bug\u00fcn bunun da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fmeli-Ta\u015fucu otoyolu ihalesinin de tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Elvan, &#8220;Zarflar a\u00e7\u0131lacak, ihaleyi kazanan firma belli olacak ve 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda otoyolun yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Akdeniz sahil yolundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde devam ediyor. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 8-10 saatlik yolu 4 saate d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. \u015eu ana kadar Mersin il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 11 t\u00fcnelimiz a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Son 2 y\u0131lda 10 t\u00fcnel, 2 viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bundan sonra in\u015fallah nice yollar\u0131, nice t\u00fcnelleri birlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli g\u00fcn. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en uzun t\u00fcnelinin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Ovit T\u00fcneli&#8217;nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Bakan\u0131m\u0131z da bu y\u00fczden bug\u00fcn aram\u0131zda olamad\u0131. Bug\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekten olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli ve \u00f6zellikle vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bu alt ge\u00e7idi kulland\u0131klar\u0131nda ne kadar \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kendileri de g\u00f6recekler&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z 474 milyar liray\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUla\u015ft\u0131rma, Denizcilik ve Haberle\u015fme Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Y\u00fcksel Co\u015fkuny\u00fcrek ise Mersin\u2019in her daim \u00f6nemli ticaret ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u015fehri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Bug\u00fcn hem Mersin hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 16 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha iyi konumlara y\u00fckseldi\u011fini dile getiren Co\u015fkuny\u00fcrek, &#8220;16 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde \u00fclkemizin ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim alt yap\u0131s\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n toplam tutar\u0131 474 milyar liray\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6 bin kilometre b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol mevcutken, bug\u00fcn 26 binin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. \u015eu an d\u00fcnyada 10 b\u00fcy\u00fck ula\u015ft\u0131rma projesinin 6\u2019s\u0131 \u00fclkemizde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Kuzey Marmara otoyolu, Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Osmangazi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ve Avrasya T\u00fcneli gibi dev karayolu projelerini hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n da 4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u00fcneli olan yakla\u015f\u0131k uzunlu\u011fu 14.3 kilometre olan Ovit T\u00fcneli&#8217;ni a\u00e7\u0131yor. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 demir yolu hatt\u0131na sahip d\u00fcnyada 8&#8217;inci, Avrupa\u2019da da 6&#8217;nc\u0131 konuma y\u00fckselen bir T\u00fcrkiye var. Bug\u00fcn y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 hat uzunlu\u011fumuz bin 200 kilometreyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Art\u0131k 296 noktaya u\u00e7u\u015f yap\u0131yoruz&#8221;<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHavayolunu halk\u0131n yolu yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Co\u015fkuny\u00fcrek, &#8220;2003 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla aktif hava alan\u0131m\u0131z 26\u2019dan 55\u2019e y\u00fckseldi. D\u0131\u015f hatlarda 50 \u00fclke 60 noktaya u\u00e7u\u015f yaparken, bug\u00fcn 119 \u00fclkede 296 noktaya u\u00e7u\u015f yap\u0131yoruz. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda 34 milyon yolcu ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rken, bug\u00fcn 195 milyon yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrsat 4-A, 4-C\u2019yi uyduya yollad\u0131k. 5-A ve 5-B projelerini ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Denizci devlet, denizci millet kimli\u011fini tekrar kazand\u0131k. Filomuz 19&#8217;uncu s\u0131radan 14&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya y\u00fckseldi. Tersane say\u0131m\u0131z 37\u2019den 78\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. Bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki rakam b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 94 milyonu a\u015ft\u0131. Fiber kablo uzunlu\u011fumuz 325 bin kilometreyi ge\u00e7ti. Geni\u015f bant abone say\u0131m\u0131z 69 milyonu a\u015ft\u0131. T\u00fcm \u00fclkemizde oldu\u011fu gibi Mersin de bu de\u011fi\u015fim r\u00fczgar\u0131ndan nasibini ald\u0131. Bug\u00fcne kadar Mersin\u2019imize bakanl\u0131k olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n toplam tutar\u0131 6 milyar liraya ula\u015ft\u0131. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda 279 kilometre b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yolu olan Mersin\u2019de 278 kilometre yeni b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol yapt\u0131k. \u015eu anda Akdeniz sahil yolunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcnellerin uzunlu\u011fu 17 kilometreyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Biz geldi\u011fimizde b\u0131rak\u0131n kom\u015fu vilayetleri Mersin\u2019in kendi il\u00e7elerine bile ula\u015fmada b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar vard\u0131. 15 y\u0131lda Mersin\u2019i Karaman\u2019a, Konya\u2019ya, Pozant\u0131 otoyolunu bitirerek Ankara\u2019ya ba\u011flad\u0131k. Mersin-Adana yolunu b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu a\u00e7\u0131lan kav\u015faklarla beraber Mersin\u2019in \u00f6nemli bir sorunu da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fmu\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Mersin\u2019e sadece karayolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yapm\u0131yoruz. Mersin geli\u015fecekse ula\u015f\u0131mda b\u00fct\u00fcn yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Biz Mersin\u2019i b\u00fcy\u00fck bir nokta olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz ve kentin ula\u015f\u0131m hizmetlerini entegre bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. \u00c7ukurova b\u00f6lgesel havaliman\u0131, tren hatlar\u0131, Yenice lojistik merkezi, Mersin konteyner liman\u0131, Anamur iskelesi, Mersin-Ayd\u0131nc\u0131k yat liman\u0131 kentin in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden dev projeleri aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r&#8221; dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 3 kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131n da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.
