Boyar ilk kez uygulanan YKS sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ba\u015far\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Boyar, \u201c\u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan 2018-YKS Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00d6n De\u011ferlendirme Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re ba\u015fta say\u0131sal dersler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm derslere ait do\u011fru yan\u0131t ortalamalar\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc vericidir.<br \/>\nAYT\u2019de, matematik testinde 102 bin aday\u0131n, fen bilimleri testinde ise 74 bin aday\u0131n tek bir do\u011fru yan\u0131t verememesi e\u011fitimin geldi\u011fi ac\u0131 tabloyu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir.\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nBoyar s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<br \/>\n\u201cBunun yan\u0131nda yine \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131navlardaki ba\u015far\u0131 d\u00fczeylerinin mezun olduklar\u0131 lisenin t\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi ortadad\u0131r. Meslek lisesi ve imam hatip lisesi mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yine \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBu y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda, yedi y\u0131ld\u0131r uygulanan sistemin bir anda de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6\u011frencilerin bozulan psikolojileri oldu\u011funun g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klanan sonu\u00e7lar g\u00f6steriyor ki, son 16 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00fclkeyi tek ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6neten siyasi iktidar\u0131n e\u011fitim sistemini yap-boz tahtas\u0131na \u00e7evirmesinin faturas\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k ki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6dettirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sonucun tek sorumlusu siyasi iktidard\u0131r. Gelen her Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u011fitim modeli, bilimsel temelden yoksun, ak\u0131lc\u0131l\u0131ktan ve de ger\u00e7eklerden uzakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Her s\u0131nav d\u00f6nemi sonras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tabloya paralel olarak, \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u015fitsizliklerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n giderilmedi\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi yine kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7ok say\u0131da \u00f6\u011frencinin neden baraj\u0131 ge\u00e7emedi\u011fi, meslek liseli \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131 d\u00fczeylerinin bu s\u0131navlarda neden en alt s\u0131ralarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131 ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek illerimizde y\u00fcksekken neden ulusal gelirden az pay alan yoksullu\u011fun yo\u011fun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 illerimizde alt s\u0131ralarda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorular\u0131 her y\u0131l cevaplanmay\u0131 beklemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131nava odakl\u0131 e\u011fitim sistemi bir kez daha g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki; e\u011fitsel anlamda \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn azalmakta, bu da \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00fcniversiteye giri\u015fte ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar ya\u015famalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bu anlamda s\u0131navlarda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olan asl\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenciler de\u011fil, AKP iktidar\u0131 ile k\u00fcme d\u00fc\u015fen e\u011fitim sistemi ve bizzat Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. E\u011fitim politikalar\u0131 konusunda iktidar\u0131n ve e\u011fitimden sorumlu kurumlar\u0131n, g\u00f6revlerini yerine getiremedikleri ortadad\u0131r. AKP iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde orta \u00f6\u011fretim iflas etmi\u015f, ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan k\u00f6kl\u00fc okullar\u0131m\u0131z, proje okulu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131larak ba\u015fta \u00f6\u011fretmen kadrosu olmak \u00fczere her a\u00e7\u0131dan i\u00e7leri bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, devlet liseleri sadece diploma al\u0131nan kurumlar haline getirilmi\u015ftir. S\u0131nav sisteminde ve m\u00fcfredatta yazboz tahtas\u0131 gibi yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler orta\u00f6\u011fretimdeki \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimin piyasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ticarile\u015ftirilmesi, e\u015fitsizlikleri giderek daha da derinle\u015ftirmektedir. Siyasi iktidar\u0131n, \u00f6znesi insan olan ve \u00f6\u011frenci ile \u00f6\u011fretmeni en iyi \u015fartlarda bir araya getirmesi gereken e\u011fitim sistemini, kendi ideolojik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemesi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan felaketi daha da derinle\u015ftirecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan \u015fu an \u00fcniversitede okuyan 353 bin \u00f6\u011frencinin tekrar s\u0131nava girmesinin tek nedeni okudu\u011fu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn e\u011fitimini yetersiz g\u00f6rmesidir. 164 bin \u00fcniversite mezunun tekrar s\u0131nava girmesi ise diplomas\u0131n\u0131n kendisine bekledi\u011fi i\u015f imkan\u0131n\u0131 sunmamas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n dahi itiraf etti\u011fi e\u011fitimdeki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanacak, bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ve \u00fcretmeye dayal\u0131 bir e\u011fitim sisteminin gereklili\u011fi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelmi\u015ftir. Kamusal, paras\u0131z, bilimsel ve laik e\u011fitim hakk\u0131ndan t\u00fcm yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yararlanabilmesi mutlaka sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ANADOLU L\u0130SELER\u0130NE D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015eT\u00dcR\u00dcLME-L\u0130D\u0130R<\/p>\n<p>Boyar LGS sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ile ilgili dea\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<br \/>\nSonu\u00e7lar\u0131n, gerek \u00f6\u011frenciler gerekse<br \/>\nveliler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fok etkisi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Boyar, \u201cBir\u00e7ok \u00f6\u011frenci evine en yak\u0131n okula yerle\u015femedi. 91 bin \u00f6\u011frencinin a\u00e7\u0131kta kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilse de a\u00e7\u0131kta kalmamak i\u00e7in 4 ve 5 tercihini yapanlarla beraber ger\u00e7ekte 183 bin \u00f6\u011frenci a\u00e7\u0131kta kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Boyar s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<br \/>\n\u201cBu sistemle \u00f6\u011frencilerin istemedikleri okullara yerle\u015ftirilece\u011fi, bir\u00e7ok ailenin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 meslek ya da imam hatip lisesi ya da \u00f6zel okullara g\u00f6ndermek zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki kayg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ne yaz\u0131k ki hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin uzun vadede e\u011fitim sistemimizi t\u00fcmden \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme ve imam hatiple\u015ftirme projesinin bir ad\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011funu da vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Buna g\u00f6re, MEB \u00f6zel okullara kay\u0131t yapt\u0131ran \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131k liseye gitmek zorunda kalacak \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131klamal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nMEB\u2019in yerle\u015ftirme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin verilerine g\u00f6re, 91.687 aday a\u00e7\u0131kta kal\u0131rken, \u00e7o\u011fu meslek<br \/>\nlisesi ve imam hatip lisesi olmak \u00fczere 342.392 kontenjan bo\u015f kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rakamlar, Anadolu<br \/>\nliselerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nGe\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda talep olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sadece siyasi iktidara yaranmak ad\u0131na gereksiz yere<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131lan imam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n bir an \u00f6nce Anadolu liselerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekmektedir. \u0130mam hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n tercih edilmemesi, bu t\u00fcr okullar\u0131n akademik gelecek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6sterici olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n halk\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan do\u011fru anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u015faretidir.<br \/>\nMEB, bo\u015f kalan 107.353 imam hatip lisesi kontenjan\u0131n\u0131 bu okullarda okumak istemeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerimizi zorla bu okullara g\u00f6ndererek dolduramaz. Yerle\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce bu okullar\u0131n en \u00e7ok tercih edilen Anadolu liselerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekmektedir.<br \/>\nE\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f olarak tekrar vurguluyoruz:<br \/>\nS\u0131nav merkezli bir e\u011fitim sistemi, \u00f6zellikle de ya\u015flar\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in do\u011fru de\u011fildir.<br \/>\nS\u0131navlar\u0131n, ortaokul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in ya\u015fam\u0131n en \u00f6nemli meselesi haline getirilmesi,<br \/>\npedagojik olarak yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dcstelik o ya\u015ftaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirmeye dair<br \/>\ns\u0131nav yapmaktan ba\u015fka metotlar da vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nMerkezine s\u0131nav\u0131 de\u011fil; insan\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 koyan bir e\u011fitim sistemi \u015fartt\u0131r. Oda\u011f\u0131nda insan,<br \/>\nrotas\u0131nda bilim olmayan hi\u00e7bir metot, bu \u00fclkenin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmemelidir.<br \/>\nE\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f olarak MEB\u2019e sesleniyoruz: LGS\u2019yi getirirken hi\u00e7bir e\u011fitim sendikas\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f sormam\u0131\u015f ve hatta itirazlara kar\u015f\u0131 LGS\u2019yi amans\u0131zca savunmu\u015ftunuz. Akla, bilime ve ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe kula\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kapatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te<br \/>\nmilyonlarca veli ve \u00f6\u011frenci peri\u015fan oldu. Bu yanl\u0131\u015f tutumunuzdan d\u00f6nmenizin yolu, bu \u00fclkenin e\u011fitim sisteminin iyile\u015fmesi i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele<br \/>\neden sendikalar\u0131n ve uzmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini \u00f6nemsemekten ge\u00e7mektedir. LGS gibi adil olmayan<br \/>\ns\u0131nav sistemi yerine, f\u0131rsat ve imkan e\u015fitli\u011fine dayal\u0131 s\u0131navs\u0131z bir ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6ren modele derhal ge\u00e7ilmelidir.<br \/>\nE\u011fitim-\u0130\u015f, LGS yerle\u015ftirme i\u015flemlerinde haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan, d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k maddi ve manevi emekleri yok say\u0131lan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da velilerimizin de her anlamda yanlar\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r. \u201c<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dc\u00e7 oturumda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurumlar\u0131 S\u0131nav\u0131 (YKS) sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00d6SYM taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.
