Rosatom, ocak ay\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck radyofarmas\u00f6tik fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu yeni tesis, kardiyovask\u00fcler ve n\u00f6rodejeneratif hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ve kanserlerin te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde ilgi g\u00f6ren maddelerin Rusya taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretimini art\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Obninsk kentinde, Rosatom\u2019un i\u015ftiraki Karpov Fizik ve Kimya Bilimsel Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne (NIFHI) ait arazide in\u015fa edilen tesisin, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fletime al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.  21 \u00fcretim hatt\u0131na sahip olan tesiste, onlarca yeni radyofarmas\u00f6tik ve aktif farmas\u00f6tik madde \u00fcretilecek. Bunlar aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok ra\u011fbet g\u00f6ren iyot- 131, samaryum-153 ve molibden-99 gibi izotoplar da yer al\u0131yor. Tesiste, l\u00fctesyum-177, aktinyum-225, radyum-223 ve di\u011fer izotoplara dayal\u0131 aktif radyofarmas\u00f6tik maddeler ve ila\u00e7lar da \u00fcretilecek.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer teknolojiler, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen her yerinde, her mevsim, gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz, b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda enerji sa\u011flayabilen n\u00fckleer, enerji \u00fcretimi dendi\u011finde ilk akla gelen teknoloji olsa da pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi (CT) ve mamografi, Pozitron-Emisyon-Tomografisi (PET), ultrason ve manyetik rezonans g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (MRI) gibi tekniklerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan n\u00fckleer teknoloji, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhis edilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tedavi ve hastal\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde verilen tepkinin izlenmesini de sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle, \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenleri aras\u0131nda kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klardan sonra ikinci s\u0131rada gelen kanserin te\u015fhisinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan n\u00fckleer teknoloji, ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131rmas\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra radyoizotop ile radyasyon teknolojilerini kullan\u0131m\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine ula\u015fma konusunda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom, izotop \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015firketler aras\u0131nda<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom, d\u00fcnyada l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in kaynak malzeme olarak kullan\u0131lan iterbiyum-176 ve l\u00fctesyum-176 izotoplar\u0131n\u0131n ticari \u00fcretimini ba\u015flatan \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015firketler aras\u0131nda bulunuyor. Bununla beraber \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, ameliyat edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan t\u00fcm\u00f6r ve metastazlar\u0131n tedavisine y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fmi\u015f, hedefli radyofarmas\u00f6tiklerin \u00e7o\u011funda bulunan l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in bir dizi \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftiriyor ve bunlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00fctesyum-177 \u015fu anda Rosatom\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 iki kurulu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan elde ediliyor. K\u00fcresel anlamda, bu izotopu i\u00e7eren radyofarmas\u00f6tiklerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 30\u2019u, Rus men\u015feli ham maddelerden \u00fcretiliyor. Aktinyum-225 ise, t\u0131pk\u0131 l\u00fctesyum-177 gibi, prostat kanseri benzeri, ameliyat edilemeyen metastatik kanserlerin tedavisi i\u00e7in en \u00e7ok umut veren bir ba\u015fka izotop olarak kabul ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Radyofarmas\u00f6tikler genellikle, n\u00f6roendokrin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin, myeloid bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131n, i\u00e7 organ ve kemik kanserlerinin, beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin, dayan\u0131kl\u0131 (solid) t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin, n\u00f6roblastoma, Non- Hodgkin lenfoma vb. hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavisinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom, izotop \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tedarikinde i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p>Hindistan\u2019da ge\u00e7en ay d\u00fczenlenen 8. Uluslararas\u0131 Radyoizotoplar ve Radyasyon Teknolojileri Konferans\u0131 NICSTAR-2023&#8217;te, izotop \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini tan\u0131tan Rosatom, izotop \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tedarikinde i\u015f birli\u011fini geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczere Hintli ortaklarla bir\u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nde gelen end\u00fcstri \u015firketlerini, devlet dairelerini ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131 temsil eden 15 \u00fclkeden 100&#8217;den fazla uzman\u0131 bir araya getiren konferansa ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan \u0130zotop-B\u00f6lgesel \u0130ttifak A.\u015e\u2019nin ticari i\u015flerden sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Anton Shargin \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRosatom ve Hindistan uzun s\u00fcredir yak\u0131n bir i\u015f birli\u011fi y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.
