Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin 1\u2019er y\u0131l arayla enerji \u00fcretimine ba\u015flayacak olan \u00fcnitelerinin devreye girmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanma yolunda at\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlardan biri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye Enerji Stratejileri ve Politikalar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (TESPAM) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 O\u011fuzhan Akyener, toplam enerji talebinin y\u00fczde 70\u2019ten fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde eden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Akkuyu NGS ile bu ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en az y\u00fczde 5 oran\u0131nda azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Akyener, konuyla ilgili olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin genel enerji denklemine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda do\u011falgaz ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn bu denklemde \u00f6nemli bir yer tuttu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Akkuyu NGS devreye girdi\u011finde do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. TESPAM olarak T\u00fcrkiye ko\u015fullar\u0131 perspektifindeki kapasite fakt\u00f6rlerini dikkate alarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin her bir reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,5 milyar metrek\u00fcp do\u011falgaza e\u015f elektrik \u00fcretece\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Bu da Akkuyu\u2019nun 4 \u00fcnitesinin birden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla 10 milyar metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck do\u011falgaz\u0131 ithal etmek zorunda kalmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu, do\u011fal gaz fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6ylesine y\u00fckseldi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha fazla kontrol edebilmemiz noktas\u0131nda elimizi rahatlatacak bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. Bu rakamlardan yola \u00e7\u0131karak genel enerji denkleminde bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 en az %5 oran\u0131nda azaltaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylememiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir orand\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki yol haritas\u0131 bu ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2028 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 56, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 13 seviyesine indirilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Ulusal Enerji Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2053 hedefleri aras\u0131nda da enerji karmas\u0131nda n\u00fckleerin pay\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 29,3\u2019l\u00fck bir orana ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. Akyener\u2019e g\u00f6re de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kendi enerjisini \u00fcretmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol \u00fcstelenecek olan Akkuyu NGS ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm somut kazan\u0131mlarla enerjide tam ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa do\u011fru ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ilerleniyor. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cGelece\u011fin en parlak enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 n\u00fckleerdir\u201d<br \/>\nTESPAM Ba\u015fkan\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin getirece\u011fi bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131m ise \u201ctecr\u00fcbe\u201d olacak. Akyener bu konuda da \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cAkkuyu NGS\u2019nin in\u015fa s\u00fcrecinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer alandaki bilgisi, deneyimi ve kabiliyetleri art\u0131yor. \u0130kinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc n\u00fckleer santraller yine ortakl\u0131klarla yap\u0131labilir ancak ben d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc n\u00fckleer santralimizi kendi ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za yapabilece\u011fimize inan\u0131yorum. Gelece\u011fin en parlak enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz n\u00fckleerdir. Herkesin bildi\u011fi gibi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeleri uzun zamand\u0131r ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm konusunu g\u00fcndemlerinde tutuyor ve net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon emisyonu hedefine ula\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7abal\u0131yor. Net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedeflerine n\u00fckleersiz ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Akkuyu NGS ile att\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ad\u0131m hem enerji \u00fcretimi hem de ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131labilmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n, Amerikal\u0131lar\u0131n, Japonlar\u0131n, \u00c7inlilerin farkl\u0131 teknolojilerle de olsa n\u00fckleere a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali de bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131na 3+ nesil teknolojiye sahil olmas\u0131, yani y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlikli n\u00fckleer tesis kapsam\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir. 9 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki bir depremin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra di\u011fer do\u011fal afetlere de dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olabilecek \u015fekilde bir santral in\u015fa ediliyor. Bu santralin d\u00f6nem d\u00f6nem gerek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de gerekse Rusya\u2019da ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen kesintisiz bir \u015fekilde in\u015fas\u0131na devam edilmesi de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Bu ba\u011flamda hem T\u00fcrk taraf\u0131n\u0131 hem de Rus taraf\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6ylesine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir projeyi kesintisiz devam ettirdikleri i\u00e7in tebrik etmek gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS, ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131kta \u00f6nemli rol oynayacak<br \/>\nGazi \u00dcniversitesi Teknoloji Fak\u00fcltesi Enerji Sistemleri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mustafa \u0130lba\u015f da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin t\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131yla birlikte kurulu elektrik g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 104 bin megawatt\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin bu g\u00fcce \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u0130lba\u015f, \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n say\u0131l\u0131 ekonomileri aras\u0131na girebilmek i\u00e7in, \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelebilmek i\u00e7in bir \u00fclkenin elektrik \u00fcretimi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fcnyadaki ilk 10 ekonomi aras\u0131na girme hedefinde Akkuyu NGS \u00f6nemli bir a\u015fama olacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerji bir tercihten \u00f6te asl\u0131nda bir zorunluluktur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer santralini yapmakta gecikti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken \u0130lba\u015f, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer enerji ser\u00fcveni asl\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a eskidir. \u0130lk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bundan 68 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. N\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali yapabilmek i\u00e7in uzun y\u0131llar m\u00fccadele edildi ve sonunda bu noktaya gelindi. Avrupa Birli\u011fi ise n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerini \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halen tart\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmekle birlikte n\u00fckleer enerjiyi temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ve ye\u015fil enerji kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmektedir. Hem kesintisiz enerji sa\u011flamalar\u0131 hem de \u00e7evreye zarar vermemeleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geli\u015fmi\u015f d\u00fcnya \u00fclkeleri gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de n\u00fckleer enerjiden b\u00fcy\u00fck yarar sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. N\u00fckleer teknolojilerden sadece enerji de\u011fil t\u0131p, tar\u0131m, uzay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gibi pek \u00e7ok alanda yararlan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin fosil enerji kaynaklar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu pencereden bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda geli\u015fen bir \u00fclke olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer g\u00fcce daha erken kavu\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7ok daha iyi sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilirdi. Akkuyu NGS bu ba\u011flamda ilk n\u00fckleer santral olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da olduk\u00e7a geli\u015fmi\u015f, 3+ nesil bir santral olan Akkuyu NGS, teknoloji bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da d\u00fcnyada yer alan n\u00fckleer santraller i\u00e7inde en iyi grupta yer al\u0131r.
