G\u00fcvenlik ve kalite k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde yerle\u015fmesinde ve geli\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynayacak Akkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer yolculu\u011funun temel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltma hedefindeki en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131md\u0131r\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin milli enerji ve maden politikas\u0131n\u0131n temel bile\u015fenlerinden birinin n\u00fckleer enerji oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u00c7ift\u00e7i, \u201c\u00dclkemiz enerji portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 7,2 GW n\u00fckleer kaynakl\u0131 kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015fmay\u0131 ve gelecek 30 y\u0131lda 20 bin megavat\u0131n \u00fczerinde n\u00fckleer enerji kapasitesini devreye almay\u0131 hedefliyor. Bunu da yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Sinop ve \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan n\u00fckleer santraller ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6rlerle (SMR) destekleyerek yapmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye SMR\u2019ler, f\u00fczyon teknolojileri ve ileri nesil reakt\u00f6rler gibi yeni teknolojilere y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapacak ve n\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6rde b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam edecektir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n\u201cT\u00fcrk \u015firketleri n\u00fckleer santral yap\u0131m\u0131 ve ekipman zincirinde rol \u00fcstlenebilir\u201d<br \/>\n\u00c7ift\u00e7i, Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin yap\u0131m\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan T\u00fcrk \u015firketlerinin ve T\u00fcrk sanayicisinin n\u00fckleer santral in\u015fas\u0131nda ve n\u00fckleer alanda hangi malzemelerin nas\u0131l \u00fcretilmesi gerekti\u011fi konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck deneyim kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkati \u00e7ekti. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin, T\u00fcrk n\u00fckleer enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u201cknow-how\u201d sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00c7ift\u00e7i, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBu santralin yap\u0131m\u0131yla birlikte T\u00fcrk sanayicisi yeni \u00fcretim ve g\u00fcvenlik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda yer almay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. T\u00fcrk sanayicisi ve T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisleri Rusya ile yap\u0131lan i\u015f birli\u011fiyle b\u00fcy\u00fck tecr\u00fcbe kazanarak, bu tecr\u00fcbeyi \u00fclkemizde in\u015fa edilecek di\u011fer santrallerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Rusya\u2019n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapaca\u011f\u0131 santrallerde de kullanabilecektir. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin yap\u0131m\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck tecr\u00fcbeler kazanan T\u00fcrk \u015firketleri Orta Do\u011fu, Afrika ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lacak n\u00fckleer santrallerin yap\u0131m\u0131 ve ekipman tedarik zincirinde \u00f6nemli roller \u00fcstlenebilir. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n, di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde in\u015fa edece\u011fi santrallerde de tecr\u00fcbe sahibi T\u00fcrk \u015firketleri ve T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerinden yararlanma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksektir. N\u00fckleer sanayimizde ekipman \u00fcretim kabiliyeti geli\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bu alanda yeti\u015ftirilen insan kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131zla kendi santrallerimizi kuracak bir yap\u0131y\u0131 hedefliyoruz.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00fckleer enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik e\u011filimler art\u0131yor\u201d<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen reakt\u00f6r say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fa dikkat \u00e7eken \u00c7ift\u00e7i, bu \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmenin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cDubai\u2019de d\u00fczenlenen 28. BM \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Taraflar Konferans\u0131\u2019nda, fosil yak\u0131tlardan uzakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu teknolojilere y\u00f6nelik \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n, n\u00fckleer enerjiye h\u0131z verilmesiyle desteklendi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. T\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n oybirli\u011fiyle kabul etti\u011fi bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131nda derin, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve s\u00fcrekli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler elde etmek ad\u0131na n\u00fckleer enerjiyi vurgulayan ilk COP anla\u015fmas\u0131 olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ti. D\u00fcnya genelinde in\u015fa halindeki 59 reakt\u00f6rden 23\u2019\u00fc \u00c7in, 8\u2019i Hindistan, 3\u2019\u00fc Rusya\u2019da bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri\u2019nde 1, G\u00fcney Kore\u2019de 3, ABD\u2019de 1 ve Fransa\u2019da 1 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r in\u015fa ediliyor. ABD, mod\u00fcler n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yo\u011fun \u015fekilde odaklan\u0131rken, \u0130ngiltere enerji krizine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak 30 milyar sterlinlik dev bir n\u00fckleer santral projesine onay verdi. \u00dclkede elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 70&#8217;ini kar\u015f\u0131layan 56 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Fransa, fosil yak\u0131tlardan kurtulmak amac\u0131yla 10\u2019dan fazla yeni n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r in\u015fa etme plan\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00fclkede SMR teknolojilerine de yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lacak. Hindistan ise 10\u2019dan fazla yeni reakt\u00f6r kurma hedefine odaklanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Suudi Arabistan ise y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik t\u00fcketimindeki h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 20-25 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde toplam maliyeti 80 milyar dolar\u0131 bulacak 16 n\u00fckleer santral in\u015fa etmeyi ve b\u00f6ylece fosil yak\u0131tlara olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkesi, elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc n\u00fckleer enerjiden kar\u015f\u0131lamakta olup, n\u00fckleer santrallerin \u00fcretti\u011fi elektrik d\u00fcnya elektrik arz\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\nAvrupa Birli\u011fi (AB), Avrupa\u00a0Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131 ile Ortado\u011fu ve Asya \u00fclkelerinde iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadelede daha fazla n\u00fckleer enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na da i\u015faret eden \u00c7ift\u00e7i, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cAB Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131 ile n\u00fckleer enerji ye\u015fil enerji olarak kabul edildi. Bu mutabakat ile karbondioksit sal\u0131m\u0131 olan \u00fclkelerde, karbondioksit sal\u0131m\u0131 yo\u011fun olan sanayilerde \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin Avrupa\u2019ya giri\u015fi zorla\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple \u00f6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck n\u00fckleer santral yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin etraf\u0131na kurulup o b\u00f6lgelerin ciddi anlamda itici g\u00fcc\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu durum, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk sanayicisi i\u00e7in bir f\u0131rsat olabilir.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cT\u00fcrkiye s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedefi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde n\u00fckleer kapasitesini art\u0131racak\u201d<br \/>\nG\u00fcvenilir enerji \u00fcretimiyle bilinen n\u00fckleer enerjinin temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015fte kilit bir oyuncu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00c7ift\u00e7i, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: \u201cN\u00fckleer enerjiye y\u00f6nelik k\u00fcresel de\u011fi\u015fim \u00f6nceki y\u0131l yap\u0131lan Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131 (IAEA) Genel Konferans\u0131\u2019nda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Rekor say\u0131da 51 \u00fclke iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine ula\u015fmada n\u00fckleer enerjinin rol\u00fcn\u00fc destekledi. \u0130klim ve enerji krizi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke n\u00fckleer enerjiyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc. G\u00fcvenli, emniyetli ve g\u00fcvenilir bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak n\u00fckleer enerjinin benzersiz nitelikleri, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2053 y\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedefi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde n\u00fckleer kapasitesini art\u0131racak.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cAkkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltan \u00f6nemli bir hamledir\u201d<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye Enerji Stratejileri ve Politikalar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (TESPAM) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 O\u011fuzhan Akyener de enerjide y\u00fczde 75 oran\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltma konusunda pek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu ad\u0131mlardan birinin de Akkuyu NGS\u2019 projesini hayata ge\u00e7irmek oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Akyener, \u201cAkkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer ser\u00fcveninde bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Akkuyu ile birlikte T\u00fcrkiye ilk kez reel anlamda n\u00fckleer sistemle, n\u00fckleer tesisle tan\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de n\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn, n\u00fckleer alt sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn, n\u00fckleer ile alakal\u0131 \u00fcretim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fmesi, insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015fmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu d\u00fczenlemelere uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131yla ilgili sertifikasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u00f6\u011frenmesinde \u00f6nemli bir a\u015famad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Sinop ve \u0130\u011fneada\u2019da da n\u00fckleer santraller kurma planlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Akyener, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye n\u00fckleer enerji alan\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle mod\u00fcler ve mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli santral teknolojilerinin gelmesiyle ilgili giri\u015fimlerini de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bunlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yeni d\u00f6nem stratejileri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Akkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltan \u00f6nemli bir hamledir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00fckleer enerji olmadan ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olmaz\u201d<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n temiz enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm perspektifinin merkezinde n\u00fckleer enerjinin bulunmak zorunda oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Akyener, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u201c\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc n\u00fckleer enerji olmadan ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm olmaz. N\u00fckleer enerji olmadan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir elektrik arz\u0131 ve s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netebilme gibi kabiliyetler m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve enerjide ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck emek veren \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerji \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fcndem maddesi. Bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projeksiyonlara g\u00f6re; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin artan enerji a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 i\u00e7in gelecek 100 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde Akkuyu NGS gibi 10 tane n\u00fckleer santralimizin olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ve bu n\u00fckleer santrallerin potansiyelinden \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek oranlarda mod\u00fcler ve mikro \u00f6l\u00e7ekli n\u00fckleer santralleri, n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rleri de piyasam\u0131za dahil etmi\u015f olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Yani b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm n\u00fckleersiz olmaz.\u201d<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda elektrik \u00fcretiminde n\u00fckleer enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 30\u2019a yak\u0131n olmas\u0131 hedefini ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de belirten Akyener, \u201cBu \u00f6nemli hedefe ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini umuyorum. Bizim mevcut n\u00fckleer santral at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra mod\u00fcler n\u00fckleer teknolojilerinden de faydalanmam\u0131z gerekiyor. N\u00fckleer enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 30 olmas\u0131 makul bir rakam. Bu oran\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.
