Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi N\u00fckleer Enerji M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. \u015eule Erg\u00fcn, Akkuyu NGS\u2019de kullan\u0131lan VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rlerinin, uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcren teknoloji alan\u0131ndaki iyile\u015ftirmeler sonucunda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 3+ nesil seviyesine getirildi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<br \/>\nProf. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Rusya, \u00c7in, Finlandiya, Almanya, Slovakya, Banglade\u015f, Bulgaristan, M\u0131s\u0131r ve Hindistan da kullan\u0131lan VVER reakt\u00f6rlerinin, sadece y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi ve verimlilikleriyle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda aktif ve pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri kullanarak kaza olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvenilir \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, \u201c\u2019Kendi kendini koruma\u2019 \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rler, uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcren teknoloji iyile\u015ftirmeleri sonucunda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 3+ nesil seviyesine getirilmi\u015ftir. VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri, su yava\u015flat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 su so\u011futmal\u0131, y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131l verimli ve uzun s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilen ulusal enterkonnekte sistemde devaml\u0131 elektrik sa\u011flayan baz santral g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenir. VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri, \u00f6nceki nesillere g\u00f6re bir\u00e7ok avantaj sunmaktad\u0131r. Daha fazla g\u00fc\u00e7, art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri ve daha fazla otomasyon, bu reakt\u00f6rleri d\u00fcnya genelinde en itibarl\u0131 ve en \u00e7ok kurulan reakt\u00f6r tipi haline getirmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri, \u015febeke elektri\u011fine ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan 72 saat boyunca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilme \u00f6zelli\u011fi ve d\u0131\u015f tehditlere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Akkuyu NGS\u2019deki VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri, modern teknoloji, g\u00fcvenlik, ekonomik katk\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel etkiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getiren \u00f6nemli bir projedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Akkuyu NGS de, deprem, u\u00e7ak \u00e7arpmas\u0131, k\u00f6t\u00fc hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, siber-elektromanyetik sald\u0131r\u0131, tsunami gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f g\u00fcvenlik sistemleriyle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00fckleer enerjiyle ilgili ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmayan bilgilere a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmeli\u201d<br \/>\nKamuoyunda n\u00fckleer enerjinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda pek \u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f bilinenin bulundu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn bunlara a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmenin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, \u201cN\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6r, dinamik, s\u00fcrekli kendini yenileyen bir sekt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. N\u00fckleer santraller normal i\u015fleyi\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015f radyasyon seviyesini etkilemez ve uluslararas\u0131 kabul g\u00f6ren tedbirlerle radyasyon insanlara ve \u00e7evreye zarar vermeyecek limitlerde tutulur. Akkuyu NGS\u2019de kullan\u0131lacak VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rlerinde, d\u0131\u015far\u0131 radyasyon s\u0131zmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyecek bir i\u00e7 kabuk ve reakt\u00f6r\u00fc do\u011fal ve insan kaynakl\u0131 d\u0131\u015f etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 koruyacak bir d\u0131\u015f kabuk bulunacak\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nProf. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, \u201cT\u00fcm n\u00fckleer santraller, uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun olarak radyasyon s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla benimsenen tedbirleri hayata ge\u00e7irir. Bu tedbirlerin temel hedefi, radyasyonu insanlara ve \u00e7evreye zarar vermeyecek d\u00fczeylerde tutmakt\u0131r. Santraller, i\u015fletme s\u0131ras\u0131nda olas\u0131 aksiliklere kar\u015f\u0131 dahi radyasyonun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir koruma kab\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde kalacak \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131r ve faaliyet g\u00f6sterir. Fuku\u015fima Dai\u00e7i olaylar\u0131ndan sonra, santrallerde koruma kab\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00fckleer santraller tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkilemez\u201d<br \/>\nN\u00fckleer santrallerin tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyece\u011fine dair yanl\u0131\u015f bir alg\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funa ve bunun ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, n\u00fckleer santrallerin normal i\u015fleyi\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerini olumsuz etkileyecek d\u0131\u015f radyasyon s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, \u201cN\u00fckleer santrallerin \u00e7evresinde tar\u0131m faaliyetleri sorunsuz bir \u015fekilde devam edebilir, toprak, besin zinciri veya canl\u0131lar herhangi bir zarar g\u00f6rmemektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, d\u00fcnya tar\u0131m \u00fcretiminde ilk s\u0131ralarda yer alan Fransa ve Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri gibi \u00fclkelerde n\u00fckleer santraller bulunmaktad\u0131r. N\u00fckleer santrallerin \u00e7evresinde tar\u0131m, ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k, hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir\u201d dedi.<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00fckleer santraller deniz suyuna zarar vermez\u201d<br \/>\nProf. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, n\u00fckleer santrallerde kullan\u0131lan so\u011futma suyunun tamamen kapal\u0131 bir sistem i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011funu ifade ederek, \u201cSo\u011futma suyu, ba\u015fka bir kapal\u0131 sistemdeki suyu buharla\u015ft\u0131rarak elektrik \u00fcretir. Ard\u0131ndan buhar, deniz suyu ile so\u011futulur. Deniz suyu, kapal\u0131 sistemlerin i\u00e7inde bulunan radyasyonla temas etmez. Santrale so\u011futma suyu \u00e7ekildi\u011finde, canl\u0131lar\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmemesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle besin de\u011feri ta\u015f\u0131yan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck canl\u0131lar\u0131n etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in denizde belli teknolojilerle tedbir al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Deniz suyu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece Akkuyu NGS deniz yak\u0131n\u0131na in\u015fa edilmeyecek. Ege, Karadeniz ve Marmara\u2019da deniz suyu kullanan termik santraller zaten mevcut. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131na alacak m\u00fchendislik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri uygulan\u0131yor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201cAkkuyu NGS istihdama ve yerel ekonomiye b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<br \/>\nAkkuyu NGS\u2019nin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkati \u00e7eken Erg\u00fcn, \u201cAkkuyu NGS, in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 binden fazla ki\u015fiye istihdam sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r ve yerel ekonominin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, proje i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ti\u011finde ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin ki\u015filik bir istihdam sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. N\u00fckleer santral projesinde yer alan T\u00fcrk insanlar\u0131, m\u00fchendisleri, akademisyenleri, hukuk\u00e7ular\u0131 ve i\u015fletmecilerinin \u00e7e\u015fitli tecr\u00fcbeler ve e\u011fitim seviyeleriyle projeye b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r.
