Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n; kad\u0131n, beden ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l daha iyi koruyabilecekleri konusunda bilgilendikleri seminer yo\u011fun kat\u0131l\u0131mla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Seminerde; kad\u0131n hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve do\u011fum uzman\u0131, diyetisyen, psikolog ve fizyoterapist taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bilgiler payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Seminerin sonunda fizyoterapist taraf\u0131ndan fiziksel egzersizler yapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlara \u00f6zel kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131ld\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Hem 8 Mart D\u00fcnya Emek\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc hem de B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Dan\u0131\u015fma Merkezi&#8217;nin kurulu\u015funun 3. y\u0131l\u0131na \u00f6zel ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen seminerde kad\u0131nlar kendi beden ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirildi. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin sahilde bulunan Nikah ve Etkinlik Salonu&#8217;nda yap\u0131lan seminere Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. H\u00fclya Atila da kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerde ilk olarak Kad\u0131n Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Do\u011fum Uzman\u0131 Asl\u0131 Bilekdemir, bilgi dolu bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. &#8216;Bedenimizi Tan\u0131yal\u0131m&#8217;, &#8216;Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Nelere Dikkat Etmeliyiz?&#8217;, &#8216;Rahim A\u011fz\u0131 Kanserinin Belirtileri&#8217; ve &#8216;Rahim A\u011fz\u0131 Kanseri \u0130\u00e7in Risk Fakt\u00f6rleri&#8217; konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bilgilendiren Bilekdemir, sunum sonunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n merak etti\u011fi sorular\u0131 yan\u0131tlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yollar\u0131ndan biri olan beslenme de Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nde g\u00f6revli diyetisyen M\u00fcge Kina\u015f taraf\u0131ndan anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Kina\u015f, kad\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda beslenmenin \u00f6nemini; &#8216;Yeterli ve Dengeli Beslenme&#8217;,  &#8216;\u00d6ncelenmesi Gereken Besin \u00d6\u011feleri&#8217;, &#8216;Hormonal Dengeyi Desteklemek&#8217;, &#8216;\u00d6nemli Vitaminler&#8217; ve  &#8216;Hormonal Sistemi Bozan \u015eeyler&#8217; konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyenin ard\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bilgiler payla\u015fan bir di\u011fer isim de Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nde g\u00f6revli Uzman Psikolog Semiha Toprak oldu. Toprak, Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Psikolojinin \u00d6nemi&#8217;ni anlatt\u0131. Bedensel ve ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in psikolojinin nas\u0131l korunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine de\u011finen Toprak, &#8216;Stres, &#8216;Kayg\u0131, Depresyon ve Panik Atak Gibi Durumlarla Nas\u0131l Ba\u015f Edilebilir&#8217; noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nde g\u00f6revli Fizyoterapist Ay\u015fe Deniz de seminerin sonunda &#8216;Pelvik Taban Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Kas Sisteminin \u00d6nemi&#8217; konusunu anlatt\u0131. Deniz, teorik bilgi verdikten sonra pelvik taban kaslar\u0131n\u0131 rahatlatmak ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in fiziksel egzersiz \u00f6rneklerini uygulamal\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterdi. T\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ilgiyle kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 egzersizde evde yap\u0131labilecek temel egzersizler g\u00f6sterildi.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerde kad\u0131nlara kaynar ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, sukulent da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 da yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7at: &#8220;Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 hale gelebilece\u011fini konu\u015ftuk&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Denetim \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Uzman Doktor Bahar G\u00fclcay \u00c7at, hem 8 Mart 2021&#8217;de hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 Kad\u0131n Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Dan\u0131\u015fma Merkezi&#8217;nin 3. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kutlamak hem de D\u00fcnya Emek\u00e7i Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc merkezden faydalanan kad\u0131nlarla kutlamak i\u00e7in bir seminer planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. \u00c7at, seminerin i\u00e7eri\u011finden bahsederek, &#8220;Kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l sa\u011fl\u0131kla idame ettirebilece\u011fi, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisinde nas\u0131l destekleyici hizmetler verdi\u011fimizi ve evde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck de olsa ufak hareketlerle, ufak beslenme \u00f6nerileriyle ya da psikolojilerini d\u00fczeltebilecek \u00f6nerilerle hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar kaliteli hale gelebilece\u011finden bahsetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilekdemir: &#8220;Verimli ve g\u00fczel bir seminerdi&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Do\u011fum Uzman\u0131 Asl\u0131 Bilekdemir, kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu seminerin g\u00fczel ge\u00e7ti\u011fini ifade ederek, &#8220;Hem konular\u0131n faydal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de kat\u0131l\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a verimli, g\u00fczel, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir toplant\u0131yd\u0131. Bizler bilgilenebiliyoruz ama bizim gibi bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n\u0131n da bu \u015fekilde baz\u0131 bilgilere ula\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerdenim. Toplumun yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olu\u015fturdu\u011fu i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 o \u00e7ekincelerinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve topluma daha iyi katk\u0131 sunmak amac\u0131yla bu tarz etkinliklerin s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, hatta konular\u0131n daha da i\u00e7erik olarak derinle\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerdenim&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Badem: &#8220;\u00c7ok memnun kald\u0131k&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Serpil Badem de s\u0131k s\u0131k B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir&#8217;in seminerlerine kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlardan.
