Diyetisyen e\u015fli\u011finde yap\u0131lan e\u011fitimde; su, protein ve sebze t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6nemine de\u011finildi.<\/p>\n<p> Emekli yurtta\u015flar i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok hizmet sunan Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6nceleyen projelere imza at\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda Sosyal Hizmetler Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan Emekli Evlerinde e\u011fitim veren Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekipleri, &#8216;\u0130leri Ya\u015fta Beslenme&#8217; konusunda emeklileri bilin\u00e7lendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetisyen e\u015fli\u011finde yap\u0131lan e\u011fitimde; su, protein ve sebze t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6nemine de\u011finildi. Ayr\u0131ca lifli g\u0131dalar\u0131, sebze-meyveleri g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde mutlaka t\u00fcketmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m&#8221; ifadelerine yer verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Verilen e\u011fitimler Emekli Evi sakinlerini memnun ediyor<\/p>\n<p>Emekli Evi sakinlerinden Peruze Berke, Emekli Evi&#8217;nin t\u00fcm imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok g\u00fczel oldu\u011fundan s\u00f6z ederek, &#8220;Buras\u0131 bana \u00e7ok iyi geliyor ve motivasyon sa\u011fl\u0131yor. E\u011fitimler de \u00e7ok g\u00fczel ve faydal\u0131.  Sporumuz var, gezilerimiz oluyor, personel \u00e7ok g\u00fcler y\u00fczl\u00fc, Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok iyi.
