G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00dcnitesi i\u00e7in tasarlanan VVER-1000 reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131n\u0131 sevk etti. 320 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ekipman in\u015faat sahas\u0131na naklediliyor.<br \/>\nDeniz yolculu\u011fundan \u00f6nce ekipman, \u00f6zel motorlu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla tesisin r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131na teslim edildi. R\u0131ht\u0131mdan bir nehir gemisine y\u00fcklendi ve Novorossiysk liman\u0131na nakledildi. Limana vard\u0131ktan sonra reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131, Hindistan&#8217;a yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 bin 600 kilometrelik yolculu\u011funu yapmak \u00fczere gemi ambar\u0131na y\u00fcklendi.<br \/>\nAtomenergomash\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 OKB Gidropress A.\u015e. Genel Tasar\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Valery Kryzhanovsky, \u201cN\u00fckleer d\u00fcnyadaki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc konumumuza ra\u011fmen, s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fime ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmaya devam ediyoruz. En \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde g\u00fcvenli\u011fi garantilemek i\u00e7in ekipman tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 aktif olarak iyile\u015ftiriyor ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin ekonomik verimlili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u015eu anda, kapasitesi art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve geli\u015fmi\u015f operasyonel \u00f6zelliklere sahip yeni bir NGS reakt\u00f6r \u00fcnitesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu yeni \u00fcnite ayr\u0131ca geli\u015fmi\u015f teknik ve ekonomik performansa sahip olacak\u201d dedi.<br \/>\n\u00dcretim program\u0131na uygun olarak, Hindistan&#8217;daki Kudankulam NGS\u2019nin 6. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00dcnitesi i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt adet buhar jenerat\u00f6r\u00fc seti 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda sevk edilecek.<br \/>\nBilgi Notu:<br \/>\nKudankulam NGS, Hindistan&#8217;\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fckleer enerji santrali ve teknoloji ve enerji alanlar\u0131nda Hindistan-Rusya i\u015f birli\u011finin amiral gemisi projesidir. Santralin in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131, her biri VVER-1000 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcyle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 6.000 megavat kurulu g\u00fcce sahip alt\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesini kaps\u0131yor. 1 ve 2 numaral\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla 2013 ve 2016 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Hindistan ulusal \u015febekesine ba\u011fland\u0131 ve \u015fu anda Hindistan&#8217;\u0131n g\u00fcney b\u00f6lgesine enerji sa\u011fl\u0131yor. 3 ve 4 numaral\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerin in\u015fas\u0131 ve kurulumu tamamlanmak \u00fczere ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famadaki 5 ve 6 numaral\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerinin in\u015fas\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Rosatom&#8217;un M\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kapsam\u0131, NGS tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erirken, b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u015firketleri de santral i\u00e7in ekipman tedarik ediyor. Atomstroyexport, Anonim \u015eirketi ve Hindistan N\u00fckleer Enerji Kurumu (NPCIL) ekipman tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve tedariki i\u00e7in s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler imzalad\u0131. Rosatom ayr\u0131ca Kudankulam NGS&#8217;nin g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerinin t\u00fcm hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca yak\u0131t tedarikinden de sorumlu.<br \/>\nOKB Gidropress A.\u015e., en \u00f6nemli bile\u015fen olan reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere VVER \u00fcnitelerinin \u00f6nde gelen tasar\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eirket, ilk tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131ndan ekipman\u0131n devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmas\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131na kadar \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca destek sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Rus makine m\u00fchendisli\u011fi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u00e2kim \u015firketi olan Atommash, Kursk NGS-II ve Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla Banglade\u015f, Hindistan, \u00c7in ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de in\u015fa edilen NGS\u2019ler dahil olmak \u00fczere neredeyse t\u00fcm n\u00fckleer projeler i\u00e7in karma\u015f\u0131k ekipmanlar (reakt\u00f6rler, buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri, vb.) \u00fcretiyor. Bu \u015firketler, Rosatom&#8217;un Makine M\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcnyesinde yer al\u0131yor.<br \/>\nVVER reakt\u00f6rleri onlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00fcvenilirliklerini ve etkinliklerini kan\u0131tl\u0131yor. Rusya ve di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde VVER reakt\u00f6rleri kullanan NGS\u2019lerin i\u015fletme s\u00fcresi 2.000 reakt\u00f6r y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131. Bu t\u00fcr \u00fcniteler uzun vadeli i\u015fletim potansiyeline sahip. \u00d6zellikle Uzak Do\u011fu&#8217;da in\u015fa edilmesi planlanan NGS\u2019ler i\u00e7in temel olu\u015fturabilirler.<br \/>\nVVER-1000 reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretim s\u00fcresi iki y\u0131l\u0131 buluyor. Ekipman \u00fcretimi en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde hassasiyet ve s\u0131k\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 kalite standartlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerektiriyor. Genel denetim plan\u0131, her bir operasyonun yetkili bir kurulu\u015ftan ve yabanc\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fteriden gelen m\u00fcfetti\u015fler taraf\u0131ndan denetlendi\u011fi toplam 289 kontrol noktas\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Yabanc\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterinin temsilcileri, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kudankulam NGS i\u00e7in ekipman \u00fcretiminin ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan bu yana Volgograd&#8217;da bulunuyor.<br \/>\nRosatom&#8217;un M\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6nde gelen n\u00fckleer \u015firketleri i\u00e7eriyor: Atomstroyexport, Anonim \u015eirketi (Moskova, Nizhny Novgorod, Rusya ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u015fubeler), United Design Institute \u2013 Atomenergoproekt A.\u015e. (Moskova, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod \u015fubeleri \u2013 tasar\u0131m enstit\u00fcleri, Rusya ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u015fubeler, ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015fubeleri) ve in\u015faat i\u015ftirakleri. M\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc en b\u00fcy\u00fck sipari\u015f birikimi ve NGS in\u015faat projeleriyle k\u00fcresel n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstrisinde ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. M\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn uluslararas\u0131 projeleri gelirinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %80&#8217;ini olu\u015fturuyor. B\u00f6l\u00fcm, proje y\u00f6netimi ve tasar\u0131m dahil olmak \u00fczere kapsaml\u0131 bir EPC, EP, EPC(M) hizmetleri yelpazesi sunarak, Rusya&#8217;da ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck NGS in\u015faat projeleri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Karma\u015f\u0131k m\u00fchendislik tesislerinin i\u015fletilmesi i\u00e7in Multi-D teknolojileri geli\u015ftiriyor. B\u00f6l\u00fcm, Rus n\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve son teknolojik geli\u015fmelerden yararlan\u0131yor. www.ase-ec.ru<br \/>\nRusya, ilgili t\u00fcm taraflarla bilimsel ve teknolojik i\u015f birli\u011fini aktif olarak geli\u015ftiriyor.
