B\u00fcy\u00fck Okyanusu a\u015farak Amerika\u2019ya dek ula\u015ft\u0131.<br \/>\n13.02.2019\u2019da G\u00fclnar Ziraat Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hacer Emi\u015f I\u015f\u0131k\u2019\u0131n 2015 Y\u0131l\u0131nda Fransa\u2019da n\u00fckleer santral ziyaretlerinde g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri hakk\u0131ndaki a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 \u0130hlas Haber Ajans\u0131 (\u0130HA) taraf\u0131ndan haberle\u015ftirildi. Ne tesad\u00fcft\u00fcr ki k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce de Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santralinde kullan\u0131lacak reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcne ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyurulmu\u015ftu.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u0130HA\u2019n\u0131n haberine g\u00f6re Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Kurumu\u2019nun davetlisi olarak ve T\u00fcrkiye Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n koordinasyonunda d\u00fczenlenen teknik gezide Say\u0131n I\u015f\u0131k\u2019a Fransa\u2019n\u0131n CEA Marcoule ve Flamanville n\u00fckleer santralleri g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f. Say\u0131n I\u015f\u0131k, bu gezisinde g\u00f6zleri ile g\u00f6rebildiklerine dayanarak n\u00fckleer santral g\u00fczellemeleri yap\u0131yor. Bir ziraat odas\u0131 ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak n\u00fckleer santrallerin ve tabii Akkuyu\u2019da yap\u0131lacak n\u00fckleer santralin de tar\u0131m \u00fczerinde zararl\u0131 etkileri olaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lardan ve bilgi eksikli\u011finden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor.\u00a0<br \/>\nYanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lar\u0131 ve bilgi eksikleri olanlar acaba kimler?<br \/>\nUluslararas\u0131 n\u00fckleer sermaye lobisinin en \u00fcst kurulu\u015fu Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131 (IAEA) 2015 Y\u0131l\u0131nda konuklar\u0131na sadece Fransa\u2019daki iki n\u00fckleer santrali g\u00f6stermi\u015f. Akkuyu\u2019da ayn\u0131s\u0131 olmasa bile deniz suyunun a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 benzeri sorunlar\u0131n ya\u015fanabilece\u011fi ve deniz suyundaki \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n denizdeki canl\u0131 ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bozaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn gibi ortadad\u0131r.\u00a0<br \/>\nN\u00fckleer santrallerin tar\u0131m \u00fczerinde kazalar, radyasyon ve radyoaktif at\u0131klar, so\u011futma suyu de\u015farj\u0131 gibi do\u011frudan fiziksel etkilerinden ba\u015fka ekonomik etkileri oldu\u011funu da tekrar hat\u0131rlatmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santralinin in\u015faat maliyeti 22 Milyar dolard\u0131r. Rosatom bu yapaca\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanal\u0131m kullanmayal\u0131m bize 15 y\u0131l s\u00fcresince 12,35 sentten sataca\u011f\u0131 elektrikle 71 Milyar dolar olarak geri alacakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z elektri\u011fin t\u00fcketicilere maliyeti 6 senttir. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bir yat\u0131r\u0131m kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tar\u0131m alan\u0131na ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde \u00fclkemiz tar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclece\u011fi de ortadad\u0131r.\u00a0<br \/>\nN\u00fckleer santral in\u015fa \u015firketleri sahay\u0131 birer birer terk etmektedirler. En son Mitsubishi, Sinop N\u00fckleer Santral Projesinden \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir. Japonya firmas\u0131, Sinop\u2019ta da Japonya\u2019da uygulanmas\u0131 istenen g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerini uygulama mecburiyetinde oldu\u011fu ve bu takdirde de maliyet 18 milyar dolar\u2019dan 44 milyar dolar\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir. Sadece bu olay bile n\u00fckleer santrallerin g\u00fcvenli\u011finin ne durumda oldu\u011funun kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.
