Santralin 2\u2019nci G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00dcnitesi\u2019nin reakt\u00f6r b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 tamamland\u0131.<br \/>\nPompan\u0131n k\u00fcre \u015feklindeki 4 g\u00f6vdesinden sonuncusu, paletli vin\u00e7 kullan\u0131larak tasar\u0131m konumuna yerle\u015ftirildi. Ekipman, reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131ndan kurulum alan\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, \u2018open top\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen y\u00f6ntemle yerle\u015ftirildi. Reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131, buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri ve g\u00fcvenlik sistemi kaplar\u0131 halihaz\u0131rda yerlerine yerle\u015ftirildi ve yak\u0131nda t\u00fcm bile\u015fenleri birbirine ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131na ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<br \/>\nAna sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitelerinin bas\u0131n\u00e7 kaplar\u0131, birinci s\u0131n\u0131f g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitesi, n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinde 300 Santigrat derece s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 160 atmosfer bas\u0131nc\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki so\u011futucunun (ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suyun) sirk\u00fclasyonunu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6rlere sahip n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinin tek bir g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi, d\u00f6rt ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131 \u00fcnitesiyle donat\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Bilgi notu:<br \/>\nAna sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda<br \/>\nAkkuyu NGS&#8217;de kullan\u0131lan ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131, VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc NGS&#8217;ler i\u00e7in en yeni nesil ekipmanlara sahip. Pompa ve motor tertibatlar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u011flamak ve so\u011futmak i\u00e7in ya\u011f yerine su kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nceki nesil ekipmanlardan farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyorlar. Ya\u011f sisteminin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, NGS&#8217;nin yang\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini artt\u0131r\u0131rken, rulman say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00fcniteyi daha g\u00fcvenilir hale getiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131 reakt\u00f6r tesisinin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olup, reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011fi \u00fczerinden birincil devrede so\u011futma s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n (tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f su) zorunlu sirk\u00fclasyonunu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 120 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki ekipman; bir ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompas\u0131, su ile ya\u011flanan rulmanlara sahip bir end\u00fcksiyon motoru ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 sistemlerden olu\u015fuyor. Pompa, 1000 rpm d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f h\u0131z\u0131nda saatte 21.900 metrek\u00fcp s\u0131v\u0131 hacmi pompalama kapasitesine sahip. Pompan\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tasar\u0131m bas\u0131nc\u0131 ise 17,64 MPa&#8217;d\u0131r.<br \/>\nYeni nesil ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131n tasar\u0131m \u00f6zellikleri, pompalama ekipman\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m s\u00fcresini azalt\u0131r. Akkuyu NGS g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerinde kullan\u0131lan ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompalar\u0131, Makine M\u00fchendisli\u011fi Merkezi Tasar\u0131m B\u00fcrosu&#8217;nda tasarland\u0131 ve Rosatom&#8217;un makine yap\u0131m\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan AEM Technology A.\u015e.&#8217;nin Petrozavodsk \u015fubesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretildi.<br \/>\nAkkuyu NGS hakk\u0131nda<br \/>\nAkkuyu NGS, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde in\u015fa edilen ilk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Akkuyu NGS projesi, her biri 1200 MW kapasiteli Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3+ Nesil VVER reakt\u00f6rlere sahip d\u00f6rt g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinden olu\u015fuyor. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin in\u015fas\u0131, k\u00fcresel n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstride Yap-Sahip Ol-\u0130\u015flet modeli ile hayata ge\u00e7irilen ilk proje olma niteli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<br \/>\nRusya, ilgili t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerle bilimsel ve teknik i\u015f birli\u011fini geli\u015ftiriyor.
