Serbest B\u00f6lge-Mezitli Cumhuriyet Caddesi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 ayda tamamlanarak \u015eubat 2019\u2019da Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan projenin tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, Mersin ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7acak ve Mersin Ula\u015f\u0131m Ana Plan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm projesi olarak nitelenen metronun yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcstlenen Prota M\u00fchendislik firmas\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri teknik detaylar\u0131 anlat\u0131rken, Kocamaz da metronun yap\u0131m s\u00fcreciyle ilgili bilgiler verdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek bir proje\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nY\u00fcklenici firman\u0131n Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Danyal Kubin, yakla\u015f\u0131k 19 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda olacak Mersin Metrosu Hat 1 Projesi\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek bir proje oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Projenin tamamlanma s\u00fcresinin d\u00fcnya rekoru oldu\u011funu iddia eden Kubin, Mersin Metrosu\u2019nun, Akdeniz\u2019deki \u00fclkeler ile \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019den sonra yap\u0131lacak ilk yeralt\u0131 metrosu olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. Maksimum h\u0131z\u0131n saatte 80 kilometre olarak planland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak 45-50 kilometrelerde seyredece\u011fini ifada eden Kubin, metronun h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli, teknolojik, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc i\u015flevsel ve kentsel anlamda estetik olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Metronun, en \u00fcst teknolojiyle yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Kubin, projede 74 mimar, m\u00fchendis ve teknisyenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini verdi. D\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok nadir, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ikinci kez uygulanan B\u0130M sistemini uygulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Kubin, metroda tam otomatik sistem olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kocamaz ise Mersin Metrosu\u2019nun Mersin ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na yeni bir vizyon kataca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak; bir\u00e7ok alanda ilkleri ba\u015fard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131ca insan odakl\u0131, stratejik ve bili\u015fim destekli y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla Mersin\u2019e yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Kent \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini \u00fcreterek halkla bulu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Kocamaz, ilk olarak, kentin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar olan ula\u015f\u0131m ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyip \u2018Mersin Ula\u015f\u0131m Ana Plan\u0131n\u0131\u2019 olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. Mersinlilere \u201cMetro ile bulu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z, ula\u015f\u0131mda \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131z\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc verdi\u011fini an\u0131msatan Kocamaz, metro projesinde Mersinli bir firma olan Prota M\u00fchendislik ile belediye b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 teknik ekip ve \u0130stanbul Ticaret \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin deneyimli hocalar\u0131 ile el ele vererek Mersin i\u00e7in \u2018imkans\u0131z\u2019 denileni ba\u015fard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130lk hatt\u0131n projesini 8 ayda tamamlad\u0131k ve onay ald\u0131k\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nProjenin onay s\u00fcrecini ve detaylar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Kocamaz, \u201c8 ayda; 19 km uzunlu\u011funda, 15 istasyonlu, tamam\u0131 yeralt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecek olan metromuzun ilk hatt\u0131n\u0131 tasarlad\u0131k ve Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan onay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ald\u0131k. Normal \u015fartlarda 2-3 y\u0131l s\u00fcren proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, sahada yap\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da dahil olmak \u00fczere 8 ayda tamamlayarak bir d\u00fcnya rekoruna imza att\u0131k diyebiliriz. Mersin Metrosu, \u0130stanbul, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019den sonra, \u00fclkemizdeki tamam\u0131 yeralt\u0131nda olan say\u0131l\u0131 metrolardan birisi olacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca metromuz, bir\u00e7ok alanda tek ve ilk olma y\u00f6n\u00fcnden emsallerinde olmayan bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip. Metromuzu yaln\u0131zca modern bir ula\u015f\u0131m alan\u0131 olarak da planlamad\u0131k. Bir kentsel ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olarak tasarlad\u0131k. \u0130stasyonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 planlarken sergi alanlar\u0131, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f \u00fcniteleri, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel salonlar, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in toplant\u0131 alanlar\u0131, gelir getirici mekanlar ve daha bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zelli\u011fi projeye ekleyerek kentimize yeni bir ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefledik. \u00dclkemizde bir ilke imza atarak, transfer ve ana istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bisiklet, motosiklet ve arabalar\u0131n\u0131 kapal\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli otoparklar\u0131m\u0131za park ederek, kentimizde istedikleri yere metro konforuyla gidebilecekleri bir sistem olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTek T\u00fcp sistemiyle metro in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131 bitirmeyi planl\u0131yoruz\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKocamaz, projede d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki son teknolojileri kullanarak uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 10 metre olan \u2018Tek T\u00fcp\u2019 sistemiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yine bir ilke imza atarak daha g\u00fcvenli, sa\u011flam, konforlu ve h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayan metro in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 daha h\u0131zl\u0131 bitirmeyi planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. Kocamaz, \u201cKarayolu, demiryolu ve denizyolunu birle\u015ftirerek, ula\u015f\u0131mda entegrasyonu sa\u011flayan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk metro sistemini kurarak, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kentimizdeki olumsuz hava ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan etkilenmeden aktarma istasyonlar\u0131m\u0131za en seri \u015feklide ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir proje tasarl\u0131yoruz. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 kent teknolojileriyle donataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z metromuzu tamamen otomatik i\u015fletme sistemi, konforlu vagonlar\u0131, \u00f6zel ayd\u0131nlatma ve anons sistemi, son sistem bilgi panolar\u0131, hareketli g\u00f6rsel reklam sistemi, son sistem y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdiven ve asans\u00f6rlerle dizayn ederek, 7\u2019den 70\u2019e t\u00fcm halk\u0131m\u0131za hitap etmeyi hedefliyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBirinci hatt\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131na bu y\u0131l ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u0130n\u015faat\u0131na bu y\u0131l ba\u015flayacaklar\u0131 Metro 1. Hat ile ilk olarak kentin do\u011fu-bat\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc ana trafi\u011finde halka hizmet sunacaklar\u0131 bilgisini veren Kocamaz, \u201c10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 2. hatt\u0131n\u0131, Pozcu ile \u00dcniversite aras\u0131nda 10,5 kilometre uzunlukta, 8 istasyondan olu\u015fan hafif rayl\u0131 kategorisinde ve y\u00fczeyden seyredecek \u015fekilde yapmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 2.hatt\u0131n maliyeti, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn para de\u011feriyle 400 milyon TL yat\u0131r\u0131m gerektirmekte ve bu b\u00fct\u00e7enin tamam\u0131n\u0131 belediyemizin olanaklar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00f6ncelikli hedefimizdir. Tren Gar\u0131, \u015eehir Hastanesi ve Otogar\u0131 yeralt\u0131ndan ba\u011flayacak \u015fekilde planlanan 12 kilometre uzunlukta ve 12 istasyondan olu\u015fan 3. hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete a\u00e7may\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bug\u00fcn ki rakamlarla yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,4 milyar TL maliyeti olan hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7esini yine Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin olanaklar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. 4. hatt\u0131m\u0131z; Tren Gar\u0131 ve Millet Bah\u00e7esi aras\u0131nda 5,5 kilometre ve 6 istasyondan olu\u015farak sahilden gidecek olan tramvay projemizi de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc rakamlarla yakla\u015f\u0131k 230 milyon TL maliyetle, Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olanaklar\u0131yla yaparak 2025 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Otogar ile Pozcuyu ba\u011flayacak, 8 kilometre uzunlukta ve 8 istasyondan olu\u015fan 5. hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,2 milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131mla Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve merkezi b\u00fct\u00e7eyle ortakla\u015fa yapmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. K\u0131smen yeralt\u0131nda olacak olan projemizi 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mersin\u2019e kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Liman ile Pozcuyu kuzeyden ba\u011flayacak 11 kilometre ve 12 istasyondan olu\u015fan 6. hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131; yakla\u015f\u0131k 2,1 milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131mla merkezi b\u00fct\u00e7eden yapmak, tamam\u0131 yeralt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ecek olan projemizi, 2029\u2019da tamamlamak ve Mersinlilerin hizmetine sunmak istiyoruz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\u00a0<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir yerel se\u00e7im arifesinde oldu\u011funu belirten Kocamaz, \u201cBizim 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz demeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve Mersin\u2019i bir yerlere getirmek i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz gayretler, maalesef \u00e7e\u015fitli oyunlarla gerek \u015fahs\u0131m\u0131n gerekse de bu vizyon projelerimin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesecek noktalara kadar ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ama \u015funu herkesin bilmesini istiyoruz ki, Mersin\u2019i y\u00f6netmek vizyon, y\u00fcrek, bilgi, birikim ve tecr\u00fcbe ister. Birilerinin s\u00f6yledi\u011fi gibi bu projeyle metrob\u00fcs\u00fc k\u0131yaslamak ya da Mersin\u2019e metrob\u00fcs\u00fc lay\u0131k g\u00f6rmek, Mersinlinin akl\u0131yla alay etmektir.
