Metro\u2019nun daha fazla maliyetli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Ba\u015fkan Engin, \u201cMersin\u2019in ula\u015f\u0131m sorunu hafif rayl\u0131 sistem ile etap etap, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve ucuz maliyetle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmelidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kaybeden Mersin Olacak<\/p>\n<p>Mersin gibi metropol bir kentin ula\u015f\u0131m sorununun ivedi bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini aktaran Mersin Sanayicileri ve \u0130\u015f \u0130nsanlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (MES\u0130AD) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hasan Engin, aksi takdirde ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi yine kaybedenin Mersin olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131. Ba\u015fkan Engin, ula\u015f\u0131m sorununun; hava kirlili\u011fine, kentin ekonomisine ve turizmine b\u00fcy\u00fck darbe vurdu\u011funu belirtirken Mersin i\u00e7in kangren haline gelen ula\u015f\u0131m sorununa y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini de kamuoyu ile payla\u015ft\u0131. Ba\u015fkan Engin, yerel idareciler ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm kurumlara acilen harekete ge\u00e7me \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hafif rayl\u0131 sistemin maliyeti az<\/p>\n<p>Mersin\u2019de 2020\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131 duyurulan Mersin Metrosu i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan MES\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hasan Engin, metro projesinin Mersin topografyas\u0131na uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kent ekonomisinin ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi b\u00fct\u00e7esinin daralaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.\u00a0<br \/>\nBa\u015fkan Engin; \u201cTurizm kenti Mersin\u2019de metro yerine maliyeti daha az olan ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 tamamlanabilen hafif rayl\u0131 sistem sayesinde yolcular, da\u011f ve deniz manzaras\u0131nda yolculuk edecekler. Ula\u015f\u0131m sorunu hafif rayl\u0131 sistem ile etap etap, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede, ucuz maliyetle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmelidir. D\u0131\u015f finansman kayna\u011f\u0131na gerek kalmadan Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla da bu projeyi tamamlayabilir. Metro projesi aciliyet arz etmemektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>BA\u015eKAN ENG\u0130N, \u00c7EVRE \u0130LLER \u00d6RNE\u011e\u0130N\u0130 VERD\u0130<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAdana\u2019da yap\u0131lan metro ile \u00e7evre illerde yap\u0131lan hafif rayl\u0131 sistemleri kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rarak yanl\u0131\u015f tercihlerin Mersin\u2019e kaybettirece\u011fini aktaran Ba\u015fkan Hasan Engin, \u201cMersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ve di\u011fer yerel y\u00f6netimlerin h\u0131zl\u0131 ve acil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmesi gerekiyor. Mersin\u2019in faydas\u0131na olacak radikal kararlar al\u0131nmal\u0131, metro yaparsan\u0131z kimse alt\u0131ndan kalkamaz. \u00d6rne\u011fin Adana\u2019da yap\u0131ld\u0131; yanl\u0131\u015f g\u00fczergahtan ve tercihlerden dolay\u0131 istenilen ilgiyi g\u00f6rmedi. Adana y\u0131llard\u0131r onun sanc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor. \u00c7evre illerdeki \u00f6rne\u011fine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da ise; insanlar ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yan\u0131nda manzara i\u00e7in hafifi rayl\u0131 sistemi tercih ediyor. Deniz kentinde yer alt\u0131ndan metro yap\u0131p denizi ve da\u011flar\u0131 seyretmeden kilometrelerce yolculuk yapmak turizm kentlerinde olacak i\u015f de\u011fil\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHAL KAV\u015eA\u011eI B\u0130TT\u0130 SORUN \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcLMED\u0130\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Liman-Hal K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili konu\u015fan Ba\u015fkan Engin, fonksiyonel olarak yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanan Hal Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Liman giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f trafi\u011fi nedeni ile yeterince i\u015flev g\u00f6rmedi\u011fini belirterek \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131: \u201cMersin Liman y\u00f6netimi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak; giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131n\u0131 acilen kendi sahas\u0131 i\u00e7erisine almal\u0131d\u0131r. Yayalar\u0131n ge\u00e7medi\u011fi yaya kald\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ve Liman duvarlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek bir nebze yol geni\u015flemesi sa\u011flanabilir. Liman yolunda trafik s\u00fcrekli s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Hal kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 bitti ama trafik sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmedi. Yine ayn\u0131 karga\u015fa devam ediyor. E\u011fer Mersin Liman\u0131 bu form\u00fcl\u00fc hayata ge\u00e7irmezse oradaki trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunmaz. Fonksiyel olarak yap\u0131lan hal kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 konteyner ge\u00e7i\u015flerinden dolay\u0131 kav\u015fak i\u015flevini g\u00f6rmemektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYERLE\u015e\u0130M ALANLARINDAN SANAY\u0130 ALANLARINA ULA\u015eIM KOLAYLA\u015eTIRILMALI\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve sanayi alanlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Ba\u015fkan Engin, \u201c Esas s\u00f6ylenmesi gereken ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kangren haline getiren \u00f6zellikle sanayicilerimizin do\u011fu hatt\u0131nda OSB\u2019den kent i\u00e7ine girerken do\u011fu giri\u015finde minimum 45 dakika trafik aksamas\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015famalar\u0131d\u0131r. O yolun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka alternatif yol yok, o y\u00fczden diyoruz ki; 2. \u00c7evreyolu\u2019nun T\u0131rm\u0131l Sanayi Sitesi\u2019nden, Mersin Tarsus Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ne kadar olan k\u0131sm\u0131 bir an \u00f6nce 18 imar uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131larak a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu yolun tamamlanmas\u0131 ile do\u011fudan Mersin\u2019e tek giri\u015f olan Deli\u00e7ay giri\u015fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda alternatif bir giri\u015f olacak. Burada ya\u015fanan yo\u011funluk azalacak.
