Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin, 9 \u015fiddetindeki bir depreme, tsunamiye, bir u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n \u00e7arpmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve maksimum g\u00fcvenlikli yeni 3+ nesil VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6re sahip olaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.\u00a0<br \/>\nRosatom, Rusya\u2019da ve d\u00fcnya genelinde yeni 3+ nesil n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerini aktif \u015fekilde in\u015fa etmeye devam ediyor. Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla bu teknolojiyi tercih eden \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda Finlandiya, Macaristan, Banglade\u015f, Belarus ve M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu toplam 12 \u00fclke bulunuyor. Mersin\u2019de in\u015fas\u0131 devam eden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali Akkuyu NGS\u2019de de yeni 3+ nesil VVER 1200 tipi reakt\u00f6r kullan\u0131lacak.\u00a0<br \/>\nAkkuyu NGS ile ayn\u0131 reakt\u00f6r tipine sahip olan Leningrad NGS-2\u2019yi ziyaret eden \u0130HA, teknolojiyi yerinde inceledi ve santralde uygulanan g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerini uzmanlardan ve yetkililerden dinledi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS her t\u00fcrl\u00fc felaket senaryolar\u0131na haz\u0131r<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLNGS Ba\u015fm\u00fchendislerinden \u0130gor Lojnikov, \u0130HA muhabirinin sorusu \u00fczerine, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lmakta olan Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin Leningrad NGS ile ayn\u0131 teknolojiye sahip olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3. nesil VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri olacak. Bu santralde yeni bir Fuku\u015fima, \u00c7ernobil facias\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z. Bir u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n \u00e7arpma \u015fiddetine bile dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olan santral, olas\u0131 tsunami ve sellere dayanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in deniz seviyesinin \u00fcst\u00fcnde in\u015fa ediliyor. Ayr\u0131ca d\u0131\u015far\u0131da patlama ya\u015fanmas\u0131na, anormal kar ve buz y\u00fcklerinin etkisine de dayanacak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131\u201d dedi.\u00a0<br \/>\nLojnikov, Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede sismik olaylar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, santralin, Medvedev-Sponheuer-Karnik (MSK-64) \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine g\u00f6re 9 \u015fiddetindeki depreme dayanacak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade etti.\u00a0<br \/>\nLojnikov, Leningrad NGS\u2019de halen g\u00fcnl\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131k 29 milyon kw\/saat elektrik \u00fcretildi\u011fini belirtti. Leningrad NGS sahas\u0131nda VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc birinci 3+ nesil \u00fcnitenin devreye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, LNGS-2\u2019nin ikinci \u00fcnitenin de halen in\u015faat halinde oldu\u011funu ifade eden Lojnikov, \u201cBu yeni reakt\u00f6rler eskilerin yerine ge\u00e7ecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\u00a0<br \/>\nLNGS 2. Ba\u015fm\u00fchendisi Aleksandr Belyayev de, Akkuyu NGS ile Leningrad NGS\u2019nin g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerinin benzer oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cLeningrad ve Akkuyu\u2019daki b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcvenlik sistemler ayn\u0131. 3+ nesil olarak ge\u00e7iyor. \u0130lk art\u0131 y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik, bu \u00fcnitede Fuku\u015fima gibi bir kazan\u0131n olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Santraldeki \u00f6zel dizayn sistemler, bu \u015fekildeki bir kazay\u0131 \u00f6nleyecektir. \u00d6nceli\u011fimiz g\u00fcvenliktir. \u0130kinci \u00f6zellik ise g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. G\u00fcc\u00fc, di\u011fer reakt\u00f6rlerden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc fark ise i\u015fletme \u00f6mr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fletim \u00f6mr\u00fc daha uzun, yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 y\u0131l. Bir \u00f6ncesi nesil reakt\u00f6rlerden bir di\u011fer fark\u0131 ise daha bilgilendirici bir birimi olmas\u0131. Yeni reakt\u00f6rler \u00fc\u00e7 kat daha fazla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kanal\u0131na sahip. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar otomasyon seviyesini y\u00fckseltir ve insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn etkisini azalt\u0131r\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye eri\u015fimini \u00f6nleyen ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k fiziksel bariyerler var<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nUzmanlar\u0131n verdi\u011fi bilgilere g\u00f6re, 3+ nesil VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rlerde, NGS\u2019yi d\u0131\u015f ve i\u00e7 etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 k\u0131lan aktif ve pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri yer al\u0131yor. Akkuyu NGS projesi de dahil olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm VVER tipi reakt\u00f6rlerde, iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyonun ve radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyen ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k fiziksel bariyerlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na dayanan derinlemesine koruma ilkesi uyguland\u0131. Hem aktif hem de pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerini bir arada bar\u0131nd\u0131ran proje, tsunami (Fuku\u015fima deneyimi) de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m niteli\u011findeki olaylarda acil durumlar\u0131n meydana gelmesini \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli tasar\u0131msal, teknik ve organizasyonel \u00f6nlemlere sahip durumda. Pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerinin karakteristik \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise, g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda ve operat\u00f6r olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. Projede, reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011findeki radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen, eriyik kapan\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan reakt\u00f6r kab\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na \u00e7elikten yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir metal tank da bulunuyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer santrale 17 kilometre mesafede 26 ayr\u0131 anl\u0131k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyonu<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLeningrad NGS\u2019ye 17 kilometre mesafede bulunan 26 ayr\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyonundan birini ziyaret eden \u0130HA, Radyasyon Durumu Otomatik \u0130zleme Sistemi (RDO\u0130S) Ba\u015f M\u00fchendisi Anatoliy Zayev\u2019den bilgi ald\u0131.\u00a0<br \/>\nLNGS \u00e7evresinde radyasyon durumunun kesintisiz ve otomatik olarak izleyip analizini yapan RDO\u0130S, verileri sadece LNGS\u2019ye de\u011fil, g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak Sosnovy Bor Belediyesi\u2019ne, Moskova ve St. Petersburg\u2019daki acil durum merkezleri ile Finlandiya Devlet Radyasyon ve N\u00fckleer G\u00fcvenlik Merkezi&#8217;ne de (STUK) aktar\u0131yor.\u00a0<br \/>\nUlusal Yeknesak Otomatik Radyasyon Durumu \u0130zleme Sistemi\u2019nin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan RDO\u0130S, yirmi y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir Rusya\u2019da mevcut 10 NGS\u2019nin her birinin \u00e7evresinde ve Rusya topraklar\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerji ile ilgili her bir tesisin \u00e7evresinde s\u00fcrekli olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131yor.\u00a0<br \/>\nLNGS\u2019nin Rusya\u2019daki en geni\u015f RDO\u0130S sistemine sahip oldu\u011funu belirten Zayev, santral civar\u0131ndaki ekosistem unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n (yer y\u00fczeyine yak\u0131n hava, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar, toprak, su, bitkiler, g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, hatta d\u00f6k\u00fclen yapraklar) radyoaktivitesinin d\u00fczenli olarak izlendi\u011fini ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n NGS faaliyetleri neticesinde meydana gelen izotop oran\u0131n\u0131n, do\u011fal arka plan radyasyon miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 1\u2019inden daha az \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.\u00a0<br \/>\nRusya\u2019n\u0131n Leningrad B\u00f6lgesine ba\u011fl\u0131 Sosnovy Bor \u015fehrinde bulunan Leningrad NGS, St. Petersburg ili ve Leningrad B\u00f6lgesinin enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019den fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Leningrad NGS-2\u2019de VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc 1. g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi, Aral\u0131k 2017\u2019de fiziki olarak i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra, 27 Kas\u0131m 2018\u2019de tam kapasiteyle i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131.
