Hijyenik ko\u015fullarda kaynat\u0131lan bu\u011fdaylar, yine ayn\u0131 titizlikle g\u00fcne\u015fte kurumaya b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. Kuruma i\u015fleminin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u00f6y de\u011firmeninde \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclecek olan bulgurlar, paketleme ve etiketleme i\u015flemi yap\u0131larak t\u00fcm lezzetiyle sofralara ula\u015facak.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen Mersin Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimi \u00dcretim ve \u0130\u015fletme Kooperatifi b\u00fcnyesinde ses getiren etkinlikler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren kad\u0131nlar, t\u00fcketicilere sunduklar\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan bu kez de atal\u0131k tohumdan sar\u0131 bu\u011fday\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi a\u015famas\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. Konya Bahri Da\u011fda\u015f Tar\u0131msal Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 baz al\u0131narak, Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Tarsus Slow Food i\u015fbirli\u011finde \u00fcreticisini desteklemek amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan projeye destek veren Mersinden Kad\u0131n Kooperatifi, sofralar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 sar\u0131 bu\u011fday\u0131 \u00e7ift\u00e7isinden al\u0131yor ve al\u0131n teriyle i\u015fliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi topraklar\u0131nda yeti\u015fen sar\u0131 bu\u011fday, etiketlenme a\u015famas\u0131na gelene kadar el eme\u011fi g\u00f6z nuru i\u00e7eriyor<\/p>\n<p>Mersinden Kad\u0131n Kooperatifinde tar\u0131m\u0131n, topra\u011f\u0131n ve g\u0131dan\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun bilinciyle hareket eden kad\u0131nlar, bunu da ancak \u00fcreterek sa\u011flayabilecekleri konusunda emin ad\u0131mlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Mersin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Konya Bahri Da\u011fda\u015f Uluslararas\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve Tarsus Slow Food i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle atal\u0131k sar\u0131 bu\u011fday tohumu Silifke\u2019nin Baland\u0131z Mahallesi\u2019nde \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerimiz taraf\u0131ndan ekilmesi te\u015fvik ediliyor. Bu g\u00fczel proje de hem ge\u00e7mi\u015fimize hem de gelece\u011fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemliydi. Mersinden Kad\u0131n Kooperatifi olarak bu projeye destek vermek istedik. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kal\u0131m, gelece\u011fimize ata tohumlar\u0131m\u0131za sahip \u00e7\u0131kal\u0131m. B\u00f6ylelikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olsun istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu k\u0131ymetli \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00f6resel \u015fekillerde i\u015fleyerek, bulgur olarak talep edenlere sunaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mersinden Kad\u0131n Kooperatifi kurucu ortaklar\u0131ndan Eylem Bozdo\u011fan, Mersinden Kad\u0131n Kooperatifi olarak t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in yerel ve y\u00f6resel \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u00f6ncelik verdiklerini hat\u0131rlatarak; \u00a0\u201c\u015eu anda ikinci etap bir \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsunuz burada. Bu \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli bir \u00fcr\u00fcn. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyorsunuz, bu bizim anneannelerimizden beri halk olarak vazge\u00e7ilmezimiz olan bulgurumuz. Bulgur \u00fcstelik de bu b\u00f6lgenin atal\u0131k tohumundan, bizim b\u00f6lgemizin tohumundan yeti\u015fen bu\u011fdaydan olunca da \u00e7ok daha k\u0131ymeti art\u0131yor. Bu k\u0131ymetli \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00f6resel \u015fekillerde i\u015fleyerek, bulgur olarak talep edenlere sunaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu\u011fdaylar\u0131m\u0131z tarladan itibaren ila\u00e7s\u0131z, kimyasal kullan\u0131lmadan \u00fcretildi\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kooperatif Orta\u011f\u0131 ve G\u0131da M\u00fchendisi G\u00fclay Aksoy, ata tohumundan titizlikle \u00fcretilen sar\u0131 bu\u011fday\u0131n analizlerinin yap\u0131larak, ila\u00e7s\u0131z ve hijyenik ko\u015fullarda \u00fcretildi\u011fine vurgu yaparak; \u201cSilifke\u2019nin Baland\u0131z Mahallesi\u2019nde ekilen sar\u0131 bu\u011fdayla ilgili ilk a\u015famadan itibaren \u00e7ok titiz bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Biz de bu titiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 hasattan sonraki d\u00f6nemde devralarak halk\u0131n sofralar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. Bu\u011fdaylar\u0131m\u0131z tarladan itibaren ila\u00e7s\u0131z, kimyasal kullan\u0131lmadan \u00fcretildi. Daha sonras\u0131nda da herhangi bir ila\u00e7lama yap\u0131lmad\u0131. Anneannelerimizden bizlere kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi temiz ve titiz yap\u0131yoruz. Kazanlarda kaynat\u0131p, temiz yerlerde kurutuyoruz ve sofralar\u0131n\u0131za sunuyoruz.
