Sahada in\u015faat ve montaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 birer birer tamamlan\u0131rken, malzeme ve ekipmanlar\u0131n Rusya\u2019daki \u00fcretimleri de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir titizlikle s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin ekipman \u00fcreticisi, Rosatom\u2019un M\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olan Atomenergomash AEM-Teknoloji A\u015e Volgodonsk \u015eubesi\u2019nde, santralin birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinde yer alacak olan reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn kab\u0131, kapa\u011f\u0131 ve i\u00e7 par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol montaj\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Montaj i\u015flemi, reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn sahaya ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda t\u00fcm i\u00e7 elemanlar\u0131 ile beraber in\u015fa edilmesi i\u00e7in gereken s\u00fcreyi \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131saltacak olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u00a0<br \/>\nBu ekipmanlar aras\u0131ndan montaj\u0131 tamamlanan reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00f6nderildi. Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin ilk \u00fcnitesinde yer alacak 12 metre uzunlu\u011fa ve 330 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa sahip reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretilmesi neredeyse 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Atommash, reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6ndererek, ilk \u00fcnitede yer alan reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn birinci devresinin kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan t\u00fcm b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlu ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 sahaya sevk etmi\u015f oldu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>AEM-Teknoloji A\u015e Volgodonsk \u015eubesi\u2019nde \u00fcretilen en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7alardan biri de buhar jenerat\u00f6rleriydi. Birinci \u00fcnite i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen ve her biri 355 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan 4 buhar jenerat\u00f6r\u00fc, 22 A\u011fustos tarihinde Rusya\u2019dan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye do\u011fru yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn birinci devresinin en \u00f6nemli k\u0131sm\u0131 olarak kabul edilen jenerat\u00f6rler, 3 bin kilometreyi a\u015fan uzun bir deniz yolculu\u011funun ard\u0131ndan Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin in\u015faat sahas\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131. Birinci s\u0131n\u0131f g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri, Do\u011fu deniz terminaline teslim edildi. \u00a0Buhar jenerat\u00f6rlerinin gemiden indirilmesi i\u00e7in, NGS sahas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir Liebherr LR 1800 paletli vin\u00e7 monte edildi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>AtomEnergoMash CEO&#8217;su Andrei Nikipelov konuya ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cBu tip ekipmanlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, teknik belgelerin d\u00fczenlenmesinden \u00fcretime kadar uzun bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 gerektiriyor. Bu y\u00fczden, m\u00fc\u015fteriye g\u00f6ndermek bizim i\u00e7in heyecan verici bir olay.&#8221; dedi.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00c7ALI\u015eMALAR 3 \u00dcN\u0130TEDE Y\u00dcR\u00dcT\u00dcL\u00dcYOR<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu an Akkuyu NGS\u2019deki in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 3 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinde devam ediyor. Yaz\u0131n, birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 koruma kaplamas\u0131n\u0131n ikinci kat\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 tamamland\u0131. \u0130\u00e7 kaplama, g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinde radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyen g\u00fcvenlik sisteminin en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyor. Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ise, 9 \u015fiddetindeki bir deprem de dahil olmak \u00fczere, acil durumlarda n\u00fckleer santralde g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flayan kuru reakt\u00f6r koruyucu birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesine monte edildi. Koruyucu, reakt\u00f6r kapasitesinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in gereken \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kanallar\u0131 konumundaki iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 h\u00fccrelerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Reakt\u00f6r kazan\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evreleyen ve serpantinit betonla doldurulmu\u015f kal\u0131n duvarl\u0131 silindirik \u00e7elik bir yap\u0131dan olu\u015fan 142 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki koruyucu, 500 dereceye kadar y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olu\u015fuyla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.\u00a0<br \/>\nEyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda santralin ikinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 da tamamland\u0131. \u00dcnitenin reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131 ve t\u00fcrbin binas\u0131n\u0131n temel plakalar\u0131 i\u00e7in beton d\u00f6kme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bitirildi. Tam olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 470 bin tonu bulacak olan reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131, y\u00fcksek sismik mukavemete sahip olan bu temel plakan\u0131n \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesine ula\u015fan ekipmanlardan biri de, \u00a0\u00fcniteye ait pasif g\u00fcvenlik sisteminin en \u00f6nemli eleman\u0131 olan kor tutucu oldu. A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda sahaya getirilen kor tutucu, Akkuyu NGS\u2019yi en a\u011f\u0131r kazalara kar\u015f\u0131 bile koruyacak olan bir ekipman. 3+ nesil reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc modern n\u00fckleer santrallere monte edilen bu kor tutucu, y\u00fcksek sismik mukavemet, hidrodinamik ve darbe dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi en \u00fcst d\u00fczey g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6zelliklerine sahip. Kor Tutucu\u2019nun, Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin 2\u2019nci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesine Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda monte edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Montaj tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kor tutucunun a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u00e7 donan\u0131m\u0131yla birlikte 668 tona ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu N\u00fckleer A.\u015e CEO\u2019su Anastasia Zoteeva\u2019n\u0131n verdi\u011fi bilgilere g\u00f6re bu y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde, birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin +26.0 kotuna kadar d\u0131\u015f duvar in\u015fas\u0131 da tamamlanacak. Tamamlanan bu duvar, ana salonun i\u015fletme kotu olacak. Bu sayede gelecek y\u0131l da, reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131 monte edilebilecek. N\u00fckleer santralin kalbinde yap\u0131lacak olan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Akkuyu NGS in\u015faat\u0131nda kat edilecek olan \u00f6nemli a\u015famalardan biri olacak. Sahada ayr\u0131ca in\u015faat-montaj \u00fcsleri, yak\u0131t depolar\u0131 ve t\u00fcneller gibi di\u011fer yard\u0131mc\u0131 tesislerin in\u015fas\u0131 da s\u00fcrecek.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat\u0131n t\u00fcm bu a\u015famalar\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetim kurulu\u015flar\u0131, ulusal d\u00fczenleyici olan N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu ve uluslararas\u0131 m\u00fchendislik grubu Assystem uzmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yak\u0131ndan takip ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>ELEKTR\u0130K \u0130HT\u0130YACININ Y\u00dcZDE 10\u2019UNU TEK BA\u015eINA KAR\u015eILAYACAK\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamada olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayacak. Akkuyu NGS, toplam 4 bin 800 megavat kurulu g\u00fcce sahip, VVER-1200 tipi 3+ nesil 4 reakt\u00f6rden olu\u015facak. Bu reakt\u00f6rler sayesinde y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 35 milyar kWh elektrik \u00fcretecek olan santral, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019ununu tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131layacak. N\u00fckleer santralin i\u015fletme \u00f6mr\u00fc, uzatma imk\u00e2n\u0131 ile en az 60 y\u0131l olacak.
