Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletlere (BM) ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn yeni yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u20182020 \u0130klim Durumu Raporu\u2019nda, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kaynakl\u0131 felaketler nedeniyle uluslararas\u0131 insani yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duyan insan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fczde 50 artabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor. \u00a0<br \/>\nDM\u00d6 raporuna g\u00f6re 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 108 milyon insan, s\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131, f\u0131rt\u0131nalar, kurakl\u0131klar ve artan kas\u0131rgalar nedeniyle yard\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 kald\u0131. 16 uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015f ve finansman kurumu taraf\u0131ndan derlenen raporda, son 50 y\u0131lda hava ve iklim kaynakl\u0131 olaylar nedeniyle 11 bini a\u015fk\u0131n felaket ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. Bu felaketler nedeniyle d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 2 milyon ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti, 3,6 trilyon dolarl\u0131k ekonomik zarar meydana geldi. Rapor, h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri do\u011fal afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k, m\u00fcdahale ve afetlerin etkilerini hafifletme becerilerini geli\u015ftirebilecek erken uyar\u0131 sistemlerine daha fazla kaynak ay\u0131rmaya davet ediyor. DM\u00d6 Genel Sekreteri Profes\u00f6r Petteri Taalas, \u201cCOVID-19 pandemisi iyile\u015fmesi y\u0131llar alacak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir uluslararas\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k ve ekonomik kriz yaratsa da, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u00fczy\u0131llarda insan ya\u015fam\u0131, ekosistemler ve ekonomiler \u00fczerinde olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 tehdide kulak vermemiz gerekiyor. Salg\u0131n, ayn\u0131 zamanda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fanan diren\u00e7 ve adaptasyona y\u00f6nelik daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yolda ilerlemek i\u00e7in bize bir f\u0131rsat sunuyor\u201d diyor.\u00a0<br \/>\nS\u0130VR\u0130S\u0130NEK \u0130ST\u0130LASI KAPIDA<br \/>\n\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 salg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar da insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdit ediyor. Yeni bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, seragaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 artmaya devam ederse, 2080 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 400 milyonu Avrupa\u2019da olmak \u00fczere yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyar insan sivrisinek t\u00fcrleri yoluyla bula\u015fan viral hastal\u0131klara maruz kalabilir. Normalde ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 tropikal enlemlerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olan istilac\u0131 sivrisinekler, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma nedeniyle art\u0131k Avrupa ve T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de tehdit haline geldi.\u00a0<br \/>\nMu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7evre Sorunlar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Uygulama Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapan Dr. Taylan Do\u011faro\u011flu, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte co\u011frafi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar nedeniyle lokal bir sorun olan sivrisinek istilalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya geneline yay\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:\u00a0<br \/>\n\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 konulardan biri olan k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n olumsuz etkileri bir\u00e7ok alanda \u015fiddetli bir \u015fekilde hissedilmeye devam ediyor. Son d\u00f6nemde bu a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fcndemde olan bir konu da istilac\u0131 sivrisinekler. Sivrisinekler bilindi\u011fi gibi her d\u00f6nemde toplumlar \u00fczerinde \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar ile ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fte co\u011frafi bariyerler ve iklimsel s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar nedeniyle belirli b\u00f6lgelerde lokalize olmu\u015f ve global sorunlar haline nadiren gelebilmi\u015flerdir. Ancak \u00f6zellikle son d\u00f6nemde insan n\u00fcfusunun ve \u00f6zellikle ticari aktivitelerin \u00e7ok fazla artmas\u0131, sivrisineklerin bu bariyerleri a\u015farak d\u00fcnya geneline yay\u0131labilmelerine olanak sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yeni alanlara giri\u015f yapan sivrisinekler, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n etkileri sonucunda uygun \u00fcreme ortamlar\u0131 bulabilmekte ve gittikleri ortamlara \u00e7ok daha kolay adaptasyon sa\u011flayabilmektedirler.\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>B\u0130R YANDA \u015e\u0130DDETL\u0130 YA\u011eI\u015e, B\u0130R YANDA KURAKLIK\u00a0<br \/>\nAkdeniz havzas\u0131nda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden en \u00e7ok etkilenen \u00fclkelerden biri olan T\u00fcrkiye, zaman zaman a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, zaman zaman ise a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kurakl\u0131k olarak kendini hissettiren \u2018a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava\u2019 olaylar\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131yla nasibini al\u0131yor. \u00a0\u0130T\u00dc U\u00e7ak ve Uzay Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Meteoroloji M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Toros, \u201cDaha kurak d\u00f6nemler, daha ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 d\u00f6nemler, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u015fiddetinde ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar ve hortum gibi hava olaylar\u0131 son y\u0131llarda \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunun nedeni k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fidir.\u201d dedi. S\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011ferleri mevsim normallerinin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a ve yery\u00fcz\u00fc \u0131s\u0131nd\u0131k\u00e7a kuvvetli sa\u011fanak ve dolular\u0131n daha etkili oldu\u011funu belirten Toros, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin neden oldu\u011fu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ve sellerin \u00fclkeleri etkilemeye devam edece\u011fini kaydetti. \u00a0Ancak sellere neden olacak kadar \u015fiddetli olsalar da, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar mevsim normalleri seviyesine bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc ula\u015fam\u0131yor. Verilere g\u00f6re Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda normalde 65 kg ya\u011f\u0131\u015f alan \u0130stanbul\u2019a, bu y\u0131l ayn\u0131 ayda sadece 22 kg ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu da susuzluk ve kurakl\u0131k tehlikesini ortaya koyuyor.\u00a0<br \/>\nHIZLI HAREKET SOSYAL \u0130\u015eB\u0130RL\u0130\u011e\u0130\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7evre Sorunlar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Uygulama Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Ahmet Demirak\u2019a g\u00f6re ise, Covid-19 krizi d\u00fcnya ekonomisini e\u015fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir krizle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131rken ayn\u0131 zamanda iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yarataca\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi halinde neler ya\u015fanabilece\u011fini de ortaya koydu. \u201cK\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 felaketlerin kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in, anahtar kelimeler; \u2018h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket etme ve sosyal i\u015fbirli\u011fi\u2019dir\u201d diyen Demirak, \u015fu anda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan durgunluk nedeniyle bir miktar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fasa da k\u00fcresel karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n tehdit olu\u015fturmaya devam etti\u011fini kaydetti.\u00a0<br \/>\nDemirak\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 8 ay\u0131n\u0131 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ile k\u0131yaslayan \u201cKarbon \u0130zleme\u201d (Carbon Monitor) adl\u0131 uluslararas\u0131 olu\u015fumun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 6,5 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve buna en b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131y\u0131 kara ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn verdi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TEM\u0130Z ENERJ\u0130 GE\u00c7\u0130\u015e\u0130N\u0130N ANAHTARI\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demirak, \u00a0hem enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hem de iklim hedeflerini kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u2018temiz enerji\u2019nin korona vir\u00fcs sonras\u0131 ekonomik iyile\u015fme \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde yer almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u00a0\u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n iklim hedeflerine ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu elektrik \u00fcretiminin 2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00fc\u00e7e katlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor\u201d diyen Do\u00e7.Dr. Demirak, \u00fclkelerin yenilenebilir enerji ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu teknolojilere yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u00a0iklim dostu politikalara a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesinin ne denli gerekli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebinin fosil yak\u0131tlar oldu\u011funu ifade eden Demirak, r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u00a0karbon yakalama gibi geli\u015fmekte olan teknolojilerin umut verdi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. R\u00fczgar enerjisinden sonra d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ikinci d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu elektrik kayna\u011f\u0131 olan n\u00fckleer enerji temiz enerji ge\u00e7i\u015finin anahtar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00a0N\u00fckleer enerjinin katk\u0131s\u0131 olmadan iklim hedeflerine ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde, politika kararlar\u0131 veya olumsuz piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle y\u0131llarca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecek n\u00fckleer santrallerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve buradan do\u011fan a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n fosil yak\u0131tlar kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 asl\u0131nda sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden etkilenen \u00fclkelerden biri olarak temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6neldi. Yenilebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyada 13&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc, Avrupa&#8217;da 6\u2019nc\u0131 s\u0131rada bulunuyoruz.
