B\u00f6ylece Belarus NGS, Belarus Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nin enerji iletim \u015febekesi i\u00e7in ilk kilovat saat elektri\u011fini \u00fcretti. Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali\u2019nde de kullan\u0131lan 3+nesil VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rlerle donat\u0131lan Belarus NGS\u2019nin 1\u2019nci \u00fcnitesi, Rusya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan en yeni Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3+ nesil reakt\u00f6r teknolojisine sahip olan ilk \u00fcnite olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor<br \/>\nRosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Alexei Likhachev, bu \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<br \/>\n&#8220;\u0130lk \u2018n\u00fckleer\u2019 kilovat saatlik elektri\u011fin Belarus&#8217;un enerji iletim \u015febekesine girmesi, Cumhuriyet i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 simgeleyen bir milatt\u0131r. Bu Belarus ve Rus uzmanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ekibin uzun ve verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. \u015e\u00fcphesiz, \u00fcnitenin ticari i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7ok i\u015f var. Ancak bug\u00fcn bile Rusya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Rus teknolojileri kullan\u0131larak in\u015fa edilen 3+ nesil ilk n\u00fckleer santral olan Belarus NGS projesinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131ndan bahsedebiliriz.&#8221;<br \/>\nConcern Rosenergoatom A.\u015e. Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve M\u00fchendislik \u015eirketi Atomstroyexport A.\u015e\u2019nin in\u015faat s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden sorumlu Birinci Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Andrei Petrov ise, konu ile ilgili \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<br \/>\n&nbsp;&#8220;Belarus NGS\u2019nin temelini olu\u015fturan NGS-2006 projesi, uluslararas\u0131 n\u00fckleer piyasada gelecek vaat eden ve talep g\u00f6ren projelerden biridir. Bug\u00fcn Finlandiya, Macaristan, T\u00fcrkiye, Banglade\u015f, \u00c7in ve di\u011fer \u00fclkeler, Rusya taraf\u0131ndan tasarlanan VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rlere sahip 3+ nesil g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerine sahip n\u00fckleer santrallerin ana m\u00fc\u015fterileri haline geldi. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar, Rus n\u00fckleer teknolojilerinin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini ve verimlili\u011fini do\u011fruluyor.\u201d &nbsp;<br \/>\nBelarus NGS\u2019nin 1\u2019nci \u00fcnitesinin reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011fine 7 A\u011fustos 2020 tarihinde, taze n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t demetleri y\u00fcklenmi\u015fti. Reakt\u00f6r 11 Ekim&#8217;de ise, fiziksel g\u00fc\u00e7 verme a\u015famas\u0131nda minimum kontrol edilebilir g\u00fc\u00e7 (nominal g\u00fcc\u00fcn %1&#8217;inden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck) seviyesine getirildi. 23 Ekim 2020 tarihinde GP Belarus NGS ve Rosatom Devlet Kurulu\u015fu tasar\u0131m b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc AO IK ASE, Belarus Cumhuriyeti Acil Durumlar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin \u015febekeye ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan devreye alma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in izin ald\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, nominal g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 1&#8217;den y\u00fczde 50 seviyesine kadar reakt\u00f6r tesisinin kademeli bir art\u0131\u015fla devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin Belarus Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nin elektrik \u015febekesine ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ve reakt\u00f6r tesisi y\u00fczde 50 g\u00fc\u00e7te \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken dinamik denemelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kaps\u0131yordu. Bu a\u015famaya ili\u015fkin devreye alma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n Aral\u0131k 2020 ba\u015f\u0131nda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Ard\u0131ndan ise, deneme-i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Belarus NGS\u2019nin 1\u2019nci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin ticari i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nma i\u015fleminin ise, 2021\u2019in ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nBelarus NGS\u2019nin 1\u2019nci \u00fcnitesi, Rusya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tesis edilen en yeni Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3+ nesil reakt\u00f6r teknolojisine sahip olan ilk \u00fcnite olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Hali haz\u0131rda Rusya\u2019da ayn\u0131 tipte 3 adet g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi ba\u015far\u0131yla i\u015fletiliyor. Bu \u00fcnitelerden ikisi Novovoronej NGS\u2019ye, di\u011feri ise Leningrad NGS\u2019ye ait. 22 Ekim tarihinde ise Rusya\u2019da 3+ nesil g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerinin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc olan Leningrad NGS\u2019nin 6\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 \u00fcnitesinin ilk \u015febekeye ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nVVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc yeni 3+ nesil g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleri, VVER-1000 reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc \u00f6nceki nesil g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve ekonomik \u00f6zelliklerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131ran bir tak\u0131m avantajlara sahip. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleri, enerji \u00fcnitesinin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak ve radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ad\u0131na tasar\u0131mda bir dizi kapsaml\u0131 teknik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerek hayata ge\u00e7irildi. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi \u00e7ift koruma kab\u0131 ile donat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u00e7 koruma kab\u0131 reakt\u00f6r tesisinin bulundu\u011fu muhafazan\u0131n s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, d\u0131\u015f koruma kab\u0131 ise \u00fcnitenin kas\u0131rgalara, depremlere vb. \u00e7evresel etkilere ve insan kaynakl\u0131 unsurlara kar\u015f\u0131 korunmas\u0131na yar\u0131yor. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri, elektrik kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tamamen kesilmesi durumunda bile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ederken, aktif sistemlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve operat\u00f6r\u00fcn m\u00fcdahalesi olmadan t\u00fcm g\u00fcvenlik i\u015flevlerini de yerine getirebiliyor. Pasif \u0131s\u0131 \u00e7eki\u015f sistemi, g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tamamen kesilmesi durumunda reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011finden uzun s\u00fcreli \u0131s\u0131 \u00e7eki\u015fini sa\u011fl\u0131yor, ihtiya\u00e7 halinde ise d\u0131\u015fardan herhangi bir m\u00fcdahale olmadan devreye girerek sadece do\u011fal fakt\u00f6rlerin etkisi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. Birinci ve ikinci a\u015fama hidro-ak\u00fcm\u00fclat\u00f6r tanklar\u0131 sayesinde, acil bir durumda birinci \u00e7evrimde bas\u0131n\u00e7 belli bir seviyenin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde reakt\u00f6re so\u011futucu verilerek \u00e7ekirde\u011fin so\u011futulmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece n\u00fckleer tepkime, n\u00f6tronlar\u0131 so\u011furan \u00e7ok miktarda bor i\u00e7eren su ile durduruluyor. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin koruma kab\u0131n\u0131n alt k\u0131sm\u0131na, tasar\u0131ma uygun olarak reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011finin bozunumuna sebep olabilecek herhangi bir kaza durumunda eriyi\u011fin tutulmas\u0131 ve so\u011futulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir eriyik tuza\u011f\u0131 ya da kor tutucu kuruluyor. Kor tutucu, koruma kab\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc korumas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olarak ciddi kazalarda bile radyoaktif maddelerin \u00e7evreye sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcm bu say\u0131lan avantajlara ilave olarak, VVER-1200 tipi 3+ yeni nesil reakt\u00f6rlerinin tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, reakt\u00f6r kapasitesi de y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bak\u0131m personelinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni nesil reakt\u00f6rlerde, ana ekipman\u0131n tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc 30 y\u0131ldan 60 y\u0131l\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak iki kat\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn 20 y\u0131l daha uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 imkan\u0131 da bulunuyor.&nbsp;<br \/>\nBelarus NGS i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer adan\u0131n ana ekipman tedarik\u00e7ili\u011fi g\u00f6revini, Rosatom\u2019un Makine B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Atomenergomash \u015eirketi \u00fcstleniyor.<br \/>\nYak\u0131t demetleri, Novosibirsk Kimyasal Konsantre Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda Rosatom\u2019un yak\u0131t b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc (TVEL \u015eirketi) taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretiliyor. Yak\u0131t demetlerinin zenginle\u015ftirme seviyesi, y\u00fczde 1,3 ile y\u00fczde 4,4 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor.&nbsp;<br \/>\nRosatom g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, alan\u0131nda d\u00fcnya lideri olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kendi \u00fclkesinin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerji santrallerinin seri yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren d\u00fcnyadaki tek \u015firket olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyada, 78&#8217;i VVER tipi reakt\u00f6rl\u00fc olmak \u00fczere, Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re tesis edilen n\u00fckleer santral say\u0131s\u0131 102\u2019yi buluyor. \u015eu anda Rosatom&#8217;un uluslararas\u0131 portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde, 12 \u00fclkede \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulama a\u015famalar\u0131nda olan VVER tipi 36 adet \u00fcnite mevcut.
